It’s been many years since we ate Papa John’s pizza. We always remember it being so Delicious. Well, not last night. Our bread sticks weren’t completely burnt but had black areas on them and were hard. Our pizza was cardboard thin and crust was tough, also had black spots.
We ordered wings as well. Pretty sure they used baby chics based on the size of the wings.
This experience was bad enough to keep me from ordering from them again.

Irresponsible and Shameful Last-Minute Cancellation!!!
I am beyond angry and utterly disgusted by my experience with this papa johns. I placed a large order for 10 pizzas (over $100) TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE for a special occasion. The scheduled delivery time was 2:30 PM.
Yet, I received a phone call at the absolutely unacceptable time of 1:45 PM—just 45 minutes before the promised delivery window—to cancel the entire order.
The reason they gave was an absolute joke: they claimed they sold $11,000 worth of pizza yesterday (Halloween) and ran out of ingredients to fulfill my pre-ordered meal.
This demonstrates a total lack of respect and responsibility for customers who took the time to plan ahead!
DO NOT trust this pizza place for important events. Their customer service, order management, and accountability are non-existent. Avoid at all costs!

The general manager here has terrible customer attention and overall service. While I was in the store, he was full-on yelling at an employee to get off the phone, even though it was clear the employee was talking to his dad about something important. The employee was working normally, not slacking, and the manager still went off on him in front of everyone. Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. I later asked the employee what his name was, and he said he goes by Yoyo. This honestly says a lot about the environment and why the service feels so bad here.

I was Doordashing late and this location was open until 1am. It was also the closest to where I was Dashing, which was a little far from home. This is the first time I have been to this the location. The two gentlemen inside were just that… Gentlemen. My pizza was perfect and coming out of the oven just when I arrived. I had my hot bag so the pizza was still a little hot when I arrived home. These two gentlemen were over the top friendly. I believe this type of great customer service is making a comeback and Papa John’s is leading the way!

Pizzas were undercooked, soggy, floppy, toppings falling off, and smashed to one side of the box. It looked someone had taken the pizzas and threw them against a wall first. No exaggeration. By far the worst pizza I’ve ever received. First and last time I order Papa Johns. I would leave 0 stars if possible. And I tipped 15%. Order was contactless delivery, not pick up. Some of the blame could fall on the driver.
