Let me start by saying I haven’t ordered pizza in a while ,but I was watching my nephews and they wanted pizza. I ordered a large pizza beef w/extra cheese, wings and cheese sticks. I got the pizza and the pizza had barely any cheese and little meat. I called the store to advise the manager and she said I will get a new pizza out to you. Order came in 2nd pizza was worst than the first pizza. They left it on the porch no knock or courtesy ringing of the doorbell. I just happen to see a car backing out the driveway. Terrible experience!

Ordered online, the app said it would be ready at 7:20
It’s 7:55 and I’m just now getting whatever this is.
The young boys at the front I will say did very well with the rush of people that came in.
But not communicating to tell me that they had to remake my pizza and had me waiting in there for 30 mins is terrible. The pizza looks absolutely gross and it’s not even cut right or even all the way through and it’s way too much h cheese that it’s sliding the toppings off.
HOWEVER
I CAME BACK A WEEK LATER AND RENEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
FIXED EVERYTHING!!!!!
She is the definition of a GREAT MANAGER!
She even called to discuss the issue but i actually never got the message!!!!!!!

I encountered the most disgusting display of food handling, and an even even more disgusting display of leadership coming from the MOD Renee. Upon arrival I informed Renee I had just placed my order online, maybe 2 minutes prior, because I was already in the area shopping on 01/10/26 @ 6:30 or so. I informed her online didn’t give thr options for special instructions, and I wanted by pizza prepped a specific way. After a nasty look, and nonchalant exchange of words, she reluctantly told the works. My order hadn’t been paid for, and that was my first sign to leave. However I waited. Upon waiting I acknowledged that none of the workers handling the food had hairnets or gloves on. I observed the young man wipe his nose, and go right back to tossing pizza dough, another was drinking over the food, and I was appalled. I even took video, which i will be submitting with my corporate complaint. I asked to speak to thr manager Renee, and actually pulled her to thr side silently to address my concerns, and avoid causing chaos with the customers. She became aggressive, defensive, and extremely rude. Her tone echoed through the store, and she actually got loud with me. Told me they’re not required to wear gloves, she just had an inspection, and I can go ahead and make my complaint to whoever, then walked away. I live in this area for over 20 years, and I’ve been ordering from this store since they opened. However with behavior like that, they will not get my business again, until some corrections are made.

I sent my daughter to Papa John’s Pizza at marketplace pick up a extra large supreme with extra Italian sausages they forgot to add the extra Italian sausage I asked my daughter why didn’t she just tell them that so they can make the pizza over she said she didn’t want to cause a confrontation over some extra Italian sausages the next time I went in to Papa John’s on marketplace I told the manager what had happened to me I was ordering a supreme with Italian sausage and pepperoni and a another large supreme with extra Italian sausages the young men in that store that friday at Papa John’s marketplace went beyond the call of duty the atmosphere was phenomenal the customer service was excellent and when they made the pizza ‘s it came out perfect just the way I ordered it and they gave me the extra Italian sausage without charging me that was the best pizza I have ever had from Papa John’s on marketplace it’s because theses young men went out of their way to make everything right with a positive attitude and a smile on their face the best customer service I had in 2025 when ordering food love you Papa John’s Pizza at Marketplace

I must admit, after reading the below reviews I was terrified to order from here but I was having one of my insane pregnancy cravings for pizza, specifically Papa John’s pizza so I had to give it a chance. We are new to the area and still trying to find our local spots. I’m so happy to share that my experience was great!! We placed our order at about 5:15pm and the order was delivered by 6:15pm. It looked and tasted just like what I’ve come to expect from Papa John’s. My only complaint is that it could’ve been a little hotter lol. I’m hopeful that they will continue to improve their service and as long as they keep delivering at the same level they delivered today we will be continuous customers!
