When I spoke to the manager, she mentioned that she would have canceled the order due to the circumstances. This reflects poorly on Papa John’s, especially given the busy nature of the day. I had hoped for a reliable service, but instead, we faced a significant inconvenience.
To ensure that we received the pizzas we had paid for, we had to dispatch both a delivery driver and a representative from our business. What’s worse is that the quality of the pizzas was subpar. I have taken pictures to document the unacceptable state of the food, which contradicts the high standards I associate with your brand.
I am eager to reach a swift resolution to this issue. I have already contacted corporate but have not received any feedback yet. Additionally, discussions with the store’s management have not yielded a satisfactory outcome. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

A couple folks left, with one asking if he could cancel his order. The employee just said “You can do that…that’s on you”
He then told me that he was making my order now – which completely defeats the purpose and convenience of ordering ahead of time. I tried to cancel my order but couldn’t, since I paid for it in advance!!
I eventually got my order – after everyone else – including people who arrived AFTER me – got their orders, and the quality of the food I ordered was terrible, and cold. I had to re-heat it when I got home (less than 5 minutes away) and was a disappointment.
Papa John’s – y’all got me for $30 – but never again. Between the terrible customer service, and the even more terrible food quality, I’ll do better buying a Digiorno’s pizza from the Kroger next door and heating it up at home…
Once a 30 pizza order for my granddaughter birthday where they delivered 28
Once three pizzas, bread sticks, cinnamon somethings and a 2 liter diet Pepsi but didn’t deliver the Pepsi
And today when a no cheese pepperoni pizza came with cheese (which is deadly to my girlfriend)
And if you call, plan on waiting 15-20 min on hold
Horrible service and horrible quality
I ordered pizza for a work meeting scheduled for 12:30 PM. I called at 10 AM to place the order, requesting it to be delivered by 12 PM.
At 12:05 PM, I called the store for an update, but they didn’t pick up. After four attempts, they finally answered, stating they were busy, and my order was in the oven and should be ready in about five minutes. By then, it was 12:15 PM, and I accepted this.
At 12:55 PM, my order still hadn’t arrived, so I called again. The lady on the phone said, “I don’t know” when I asked for an update. I then asked to speak to a manager, and she replied, “You’re speaking to her.”
I explained that my order had been in the oven since 12:15 PM, and there was a long silence. When I mentioned that my meeting had already started 35 minutes ago, she asked, “Would you like a refund?” I explained that I needed food for my meeting, which I ordered three hours ago. She then hung up on me.
I attempted to call back eight times, but no one answered.
This experience was beyond frustrating. The staff was extremely rude, including the delivery driver. Please see the attachment for examples of how the staff communicated with me.
This was absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
