A Hidden Gem That Took Me Back Home
I stumbled across this taco spot early Friday morning around 6 AM after getting a little lost coming home from work and I’m so glad I did. The tacos were fire and instantly reminded me of the flavors I grew up with back home in Boyle Heights. That kind of authenticity is hard to find, and this place nailed it.
I couldn’t stop thinking about them, so I came back again today and yep, still just as delicious. Flavor, quality, and that old-school feeling of comfort food done right.
This spot is the real deal. Definitely adding it to my regular rotation.

Disappointing. Three pastor tacos. Single layer corn tortilla didn’t seem grilled that disintegrated upon picking up. Pastor was tough and fatty. Miniscule amount of onions and cilantro. Probably won’t return.
