Emily was absolutely awful! We ordered a large NY cheese pizza with extra sauce and pepperoncinis and we got a medium cheese pizza with only one sauce and NO pepperonchinis! We called papa John’s and Emily was no help! She said it was on door dash and our delivery was perfect but our order was completely wrong!!!

I’ve put up with a lot from this location, but today was the last straw. On more than one occasion, I’ve picked up cold pizza here — which is bad enough considering hot, fresh pizza is literally the bare minimum you expect when you order from a pizza place. But today, when I asked for garlic sauce with my three pizzas, I was handed just one. When I questioned it, I practically had to beg for another cup, only to be told that if I wanted more, they’d cost me $0.91 each.
Are you serious? Almost a dollar for a tiny little cup of garlic sauce? On an order of three pizzas? That’s beyond stingy — it’s insulting. Even Papa himself must be hurting if this is the level of “customer service” and “value” being offered now. You’d think they were handing out gold instead of sauce.
Cold food, nickel-and-diming loyal customers, and acting like they’re doing us a favor just for ordering — what a shameful way to run a business. This place has gone downhill, and if they keep treating people this way, they’re going to lose customers faster than they can charge for dipping cups.

I called in a small pineapple pizza last night and when my daughter picked up a slice to eat, all the toppings fell off, she took a bite and the dough strung back. It was not cooked all the way. So we brought it back. The lady at the counter stated to the cooks to remake and this time ‘well done’. We received a burnt pizza. It just seems like they were being funny because I brought the pizza back. I didn’t go back a third time. We just accepted the burnt pizza and we won’t be coming back. So sad.

I came in from out of town and was recommended this location. The manager Alicia was lovely, very pleasant, her staff was friendly, but most importantly the pizzas were delicious. If we are ever back in this location we will come again.

Ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce. When I went to go pick it up they put red sauce on the pizza, they remade it but then made the pizza a thin crust which we didn’t order. The dough on the second pizza (wrong type of crust ) was also RAW
