I made an online order, included a tip. Driver didn’t knock, or ring the doorbell. Just left the pizza on the porch. I don’t know how long it was there. Luckily I stepped out to check on something else and saw it. The pizza was scrunched on one side of the box. I’m not ordering from this Papa John’s anymore. Lesson learned: don’t add a tip until after you’re served. I knew better than to do that. I don’t know what I was thinking.

First time having my pizza delivered and I’m NOT disappointed! My delivery driver Dylan was freaking amazing his energy is sooooo inviting and wonderful! That was the best delivery I’ve ever had! He’s funny . I actually reached out to customer service to try and increase his tip but they can’t do it unfortunately because he deserves more! PLEASE KEEP HIM ON THE TEAM HES GREAT!!! For starters, placed a delivery order on the app. Called the store directly to get an update on delivery time because the app wasn’t updating the delivery order time. During the call, the person answering the phone said “we’re slammed and your delivery will be awhile”. I said, okay no problem, cancel the delivery, we’ll come get it and just refund the delivery charge. They said “I don’t know how to do that”….
I get to the store and a DoorDash driver is there to pickup my order at the same time I am. The door dash driver is furious that I’m taking the order from him. He proceeds to get mad at the kids working behind the counter, and I exit the store with my pizza in hand.
Door dash calls me on my way home and tells me I needed to cancel the order through door dash, I proceed to tell them that I never placed an order on door dash, I ordered on papa John’s app…. She then hangs up on me.
Get my pizza home and it’s wrong, not what I ordered. And my reciept doesn’t reflect a refund for the delivery charge.

Ordered delivery, they forgot 2 of the 4 items I ordered and have not rectified the issue. Also, got harassed by the door dash driver (that the papa John’s site booked, not me) for more tips, and he continued to text me his life story and various walls of text and memes about being a door dash driver. Not sure if that part is their fault, but vet your drivers, please. That was weird and uncomfortable and I’m owed the items I paid for. Not that difficult to be honest.

Picking up here is a huge pain because they prioritize calls over in person customers so you sometimes end up standing in line waiting to pick up your pizza while they take back to back phone calls. When there’s a line it can be very frustrating.

I order veggie pie. Someone at the wade green papa johns it would be funny to put few slices of ham on my pie. When I told them I was allergic to ham or pork meet. Apparently they found that to be funny. Won’t be going back there anytime soon cause this the second time this has happened to me. Hope they lose whole lot of business. # Going to dominos #

They don’t wash their hands. I just witnessed an employee who was making the pizza touch the phone with both hands and go right back to making pizzas. She scratched her nose and went right back to making pizza. I made a comment to the staff and it was taken as the norm. Gross

Second time in a row where the correct toppings are ordered and on the sticker on the side of the box and it is made however they choose. Great delivery driver.

WAS a long time customer… this was Saturday night’s order, just looking at it should be reason enough why we took these pictures.
Called in and actually asked “is it safe to eat this”???
Hint: If you feel you have to ask, don’t, no matter how much your reassured it’s safe…
Food handling is serious business when it goes wrong. Like to add, they have not give a damn about allowing this botulism out of their kitchen & sickening me & my life partner to the point we spent Sunday confined to our home… thank goodness for multiple bathrooms.
