This is terrible! I’ve tried ordering here again just because I thought they would get better. A 5 topping pizza only has about 2-3 toppings, no pizza sauce, thick crust and a dry pizza. My grandbaby took what lil toppings he had on his just to eat the pizza but as you can see there is really no sauce at all. A almost $40 order with no real toppings is just terrible! I will continue making our pizzas at home if I am going to waste money for trash pizza. My grandbaby wanted pizza so I ordered from here and as you can see a 5 topping pizza is lacking 5 different toppings and sauce. Where is the toppings, sauce and cheese? This is not a meat lovers. This is dough with a few toppings. Just terrible! We ordered a 5 topping pizza and got this. Don’t waste your time or money, cook at home.

Don’t use them on a busy night, like Halloween.
First time I ordered was about a week ago. This experience was good. It was a last minute order and we got the pictured Halloween pizza. Awesome experience! They delivered super fast. I figured hey, maybe I can trust them for my Halloween plans.
Second time I ordered, Halloween. Placed an order super early and had it scheduled cause I figured they would be busy and this way they can plan very far in advance. Scheduled for 545. I checked my order at 545 when it had not arrived. It said the driver was at the store waiting. They still hadn’t made my order. Tried calling the Door Dasher, they didn’t have a real number. Called the store directly. Got put on hold. Several times someone at the store answered, picked up and said nothing, just put me back on hold. Waited for 30 min on hold until I gave up. Door dasher finally “got my order” at 645 and then never delivered it but instead marked it as delivered so I then had to deal with calling Door Dash to get my money back.

Ordered their special “grandpapa” xl pizza. It was cold, barely any sauce and tasted like cardboard. This was delivered by door dash which doesn’t have anything to keep the pizza warm. The last couple of orders have been slow service and cold. Will not order from this location again.

Worst experience ever! The order that showed up at my house was not mine. When I called to let them know it took 25 minutes to get through to the store. The manager on duty told me to bring the wrong order that was delivered to my house and pick up my food that has been sitting at the store for an hour. I said that’s not going to work please cancel the order. This place is a joke save your time and go somewhere else. How hard can it be to make a pizza and answer the dang phone? Three hours later they call and say my food was still sitting there waiting for me to pick it up. This was truly the worst experience I have ever had with anyone’s customer service. This Papa John’s has repeatedly let me down. I ordered on a Thursday afternoon. The email confirmation came at 4:46 pm. In it, it states it should take 23-33 minutes. The pizza was delivered at 5:58 pm. Not only was it over an hour, but this is the second time they have left off ingredients! The manager reached out the last time I posted a bad review but never followed up. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this shop anymore. I would recommend you either pick up your order or use someone else.

Papa John’s is one of the best large chain pizza places. I love the buffalo wings & epic cheese stuffed pizza. The icing on the cake is the Greek pepper that comes in every pizza box. It is delicious.

Crew closing Monday night delivered fast! All items were correct. What we weren’t expecting was how well our pizza was crafted and baked to perfection.

We ordered 2 large peperoni pizzas, 1 large Meat lovers, 1 large Supreme pizza, 24 Honey Chipotle wings,16 Bafalo wings, a pan of Fudge brownies and a pan chocolate cookie.
Everything on our order was good, hot and fresh. Our order was right on time and the family ate, everything. You know it’s good when there’s none left.
