Terrible Welcome Back!
I have not visited a Papa John’s in years and this reminded me why I stopped giving them my business. The location is less than 5 minutes from my house and it took 45 minutes to be delivered. When it arrived this is what I got. I called the store to speak with the manager and no one answered the phone. I will not be supporting Papa John’s in the future. Ordered thin crust works. When I pulled to the drive thru I could clearly see a male employee with both hands in his pants!!! A female was putting sides in pizza boxes with NO gloves on. I saw a employee on the prep table with a very dirty Oversized sweat shirt on and he didn’t have gloves on!!! This is unacceptable. What did I pay for??? The toppings were very old veggies that had no taste & the meat looked like pebbles of dried dog food. I am very disappointed after coming here for over 18 years!!!

Jalapeño Peppers were added to half of the pizza, and there were far too many.
Asked for a well done, (crispy), crust and it was not. Crispy around the outside only, but rather “doughy” towards the center.
This is one more time that, against my better judgment, I have attempted to like this restaurant’s food. But it is certainly the last.

They always get my order completed on time and correctly. Over the last several years they’ve messed up one time and replaced my pizza no questions; it was even ready by the time I pulled back up to the drive thru window.

Terrible service. The girl who attended me was so busy doing other things that she did not have the delicacy to take care of me when I told her twice how I wanted my pizza. When I asked her if the order was correct, she had the easiest answer to tell me, that she had already done it and that I had to pay again, knowing that I told her how I wanted my pizza. A terrible attitude from the lady.

The first time they didn’t put sauce on the pizza. Just cheese and toppings.
The second time they didn’t put toppings. Just sauce and cheese.
The third time it was marked delivered and never was. I waited 3 hours total and when the replacement arrived, it was missing the two sauce cups I paid extra for.
Then tonight. Half my pizza was missing cheese AND sauce.
I literally order a medium pizza with two toppings everytime, nothing weird, nothing extra and they have never once gotten it right.

This review is a mixed bag! Customer service for the win but pizza made per order, not so much. Ordered a large epic stuffed crust,
The Works add bacon. Brought home a large with garlic crust, no stuffed and no bacon. I should have checked the pizza since I picked it up, so that’s on me. Pizza was still good so I’ll forgive it for being wrong.

This store is absolute trash and should be completely shut down in my opinion, I order food and could not get it as the locked the doors and one had the drive thru open and had a car blocking the window for over 10 mins while the made the food and the rest of us that are food was already made had to sit on a line with no way to get our food that was ready and sitting on a rack getting cold for 10 mins because they did not have enough common sense to have the customer at the window move up. So I called immediately the manager not apologizing or trying to help me get my food that was getting cold for 10 mins stared give excuses of why it’s okay and being rude and hung up on me when I asked when the owner would be in. So I waited in line to record he name and face to send to corporate and store management, she the his behind as wall and was yelling and refused to give her name and show her face then when she final did she had on no uniform, we aged a bit I left when I got home about 20 mins later and employee from the store to my information from Papa John’s data base and called me and threatened my life and nobody in the store even on different shifts know how to contact a manager or owner and I have reached out to Papa John’s corporate 3 times with no response back so the are completely fine with having employees that steel customers information and make threats to their lives be carful going to this location.
