Worst Papa John’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered cheese bread but got bread sticks and pizza only has the extra toppings I ordered on 3 slices rather than all 8.

I placed an order on March 2nd for 8 pizzas and a papadia, and 7 of the 8 pizzas were made incorrectly, including the cut. We specifically requested square cut, and only one pizza was done correctly. I called and spoke with a very kind woman who apologized and offered 50% off our next take‑out order.
Today, when I called to use that discount, a gentleman answered and was extremely rude. He dismissed what I was told previously and essentially reversed the original offer. At that point, it was clear the customer service is just as inconsistent as the food.
They can keep their 50% off. The food isn’t good enough for me to deal with this again. I’ll be ordering from Little Caesars in Calhoun from now on, I don’t mind the drive.

I ordered a medium NY crust pizza with the works and it was DELICIOUS! Crust was perfect and the toppings were fresh and generous. My cashier was friendly and greeted me with a smile. The store manager handed me my pizza when I returned 10 minutes later. He was also very friendly and gave great customer service. Thank you Papa John’s!

I had someone pick this up for me. This isn’t what is pictured when you order it. It is soooo greasy ! This was $10 . I included a picture of what it shows when you order and the actual photos of what I got. The box was covered in grease. It’s just not a good value for the same you could order a pizza. If you can’t eat pizza crust it might be ok for that purpose but this should not be $10.

Ordered XL NY style foldable pizza with light sauce and got a tiny burnt thin crust pizza without cheese, toppings or sauce on most of it. I called and they refused to fix it. Indian accent manager was terrible. Go across the street to Pizza Hut.

I just went into the papa johns in adairsville Ga and placed an order and stood there waiting for it to get ready (I ordered a shaqaroni, the works pizza, jalapeno bites and garlic knots and a drink.) when i got home the shaqaroni was a plain disgrace. I called the papa johns and they somehow couldnt find my order and its the only papa johns in adairsville according to the person over the phone. Waste of Money and Waste of Time!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a pizza no onions, checked it more than once because I hate onions but when I got the pizza is was LOADED with onions and I was told I didn’t check onions off the order. Regardless there should never be so many you can’t pick them off! I got as many as I could off but the pizza can’t be eaten! See picture, that’s only part of the onions in the corner of the box (the pepper is for size reference) about a palm full so far. Management says this is the normal portion of onion and it’s my fault for not paying better attention on my end since the “label” doesn’t say take it off. Out the $ for the pizza and not getting the right order! AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THEIR RESPONSE THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY, BLAME ME THE CUSTOMER AND DIDN’T EVEN TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT! AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU HAVE A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AND SHOULD HAVE MADE SOME ATTEMPT TO PROVIDE A SOLUTION!
