I’m very disappointed in my order. My wings are under cooked. My paradise only have a few toppings and the veggies are more raw then cooked. My pizza is burnt. I’m just so unhappy. I called and was on hold 5 minutes the first time them 6 more minutes until some one hung the phone up on me.

I observed serious hygiene and professionalism concerns at this location. One employee removed her gloves, touched her hair, and then attempted to put on new gloves without washing her hands. Another employee sat idle for over ten minutes, appearing inattentive, while people who do not work at the store freely entered and exited. At one point, a woman in regular clothes with long hair was allowed behind the counter, which is unacceptable in a food service environment. I looked at the person in charge twice before she finally stood up, but during that time she was distracted, talking on the phone with the same employee. When she eventually got up, she did not wash her hands and immediately began giving out orders. These actions demonstrate a lack of attention to food safety, customer service, and proper management standards. I am filing this complaint because such practices put customers at risk and reflect poorly on the store’s operations.

I ordered and never recieved my food. After 3 hours, I drove to the location myself only to be told the driver was still out attempting to delivery my pizza. I don’t fault Papa John’s by any means because they don’t have any drivers currently, so they use doordash, but be weary that you may experience the exact same problem. Also, the manager was nice about it and released my refund.
Update: Just recently tried to give it another chance, and this is what I got. An xl pizza cut in 4 slices looking like this. Do not order from here. I have had 4 out 4 terrible experiences here. Not bad, TERRIBLE!!

It’s New Year’s Eve and this location has a full staff. Everyone is working, no one just standing around. My order took a little longer, but that’s to be expected on a busy night tonight. Pizza and cheese sticks were perfect.

Doordasher. Was here for over 20 mins. Guy on the phone was doing nothing before I even walked on the door. The female employee wearing crocs. Pretty sure those aren’t slip resistant shoes. Everything was slow and annoying. Glad it’s not the weekend cause this would be insane. They had me and two other customers waiting and the female employee slammed my customer’s drink and was acting annoyed. That’s not my problem. Food been sitting behind the guy the whole time and not once did he turn around and asked who got what. Only til a female customer next to me had to yell and get help did they start acting right…

This place deserves ZERO stars. My pizza was completely undercooked. When I spoke to the store supervisor, “KiKi,” she told me that I should not have ordered extra sauce, that I could not get a refund, and then HUNG UP IN MY FACE. Not acceptable. Do NOT visit this location.
