This is the worst place to order pizza . It’s the third time I’ve ordered a New York style with extra cheese and extra sauce, and all three times they got it wrong. 1) the crust wasn’t New York style, 2) they didn’t put extra cheese, and 3) this time it only had sauce on the outside, the inside was dry. This is the last time I’ll order from here.”.

My go to Papa Johns! Got attended by a really nice employee, I didn’t get his name, but he’s really hardworking and charming with his personality! The pizza was great too, it did fall apart as soon as I picked up a slice, but only because this location always does me right with the amount of toppings!!

The worst papa johns I have ever been to in my life. Placed an online order, everything went normal…arrived to pick up and the guy that handed the order over seemed annoyed, didn’t welcome me in. Ok fine. Get home and serve dinner, pizza dough is almost completely raw, the breadsticks the same, the jalapeño bites the same. Upsetting since this is dinner. I call up the restaurant and tell them my concern, the “manager” trying to convince me that it was unmelted cheese. I told her I would bring the food back and she said no, she would submit a “claim” but no exchange or refund would be given and only an “investigation” would happen. Never got an email nor a call from anyone regarding the manner. I submitted a claim online with the same result. I paid good money for that meal only not to be able to eat it.

I had the absolute worst experience at this restaurant. The “manager” and I use that term loosely, was completely rude and disrespectful to everyone who walked in. I placed my order online as well as prepaid for my food. I had my husband go to the restaurant to pick up the food, and the “manager on duty” let my husband walk out of the restaurant with an uncooked raw pizza. My husband proceeded to tell the manager on duty that the pizza was not all the way cooked. The manager’s response was to, and I quote “Sue Papa John’s because I didn’t care.” So my husband came home with the pizza and I went back to the restaurant and took it back. When I took the pizza back and said I paid for a cooked pizza and I cannot let my minor child eat this. He then said fine. I will remake the pizza, and come back in 15 to 20 minutes. I came back, the pizza still isn’t done, so I began to ask questions, and ask for his name so I can report this issue to their corporate. No one in the restaurant wanted to give me the manager’s name nor the phone number of their corporate office. I then took a picture of the manager so I could describe him later to corporate and he proceeded to tell me to leave his store and that he was not going to give me my food or a refund. So at this point, I had no choice but to call the police because this was not OK, especially since I had my child with me. The manager then proceeded to lie to the police and tell them that he gave me a refund when he did not. I called their corporate headquarters today to report the issue and I’m supposed to be getting a follow-up call about this issue. I also want to point out that when corporate did look at the ticket for the order I placed, they even stated on the phone that I was not given a refund when the “manager on duty” stated to the police officer that he gave me a refund and didn’t proving him to be a liar. I have requested that they save the video footage from this encounter at this restaurant. To conclude, the managerial staff were terrible and the service was terrible. If I could give this restaurant negative stars, I would.

I don’t know why businesses make it hard to like their stuff today. But what I received from this Papa Johns is unacceptable and gross. I ordered their “Epic Stuffed Crust Pepperoni” and what I received is a big ol’ circle of nastiness. There are few toppings on this and it looks disgusting. This is nowhere near worth the ridiculous $16 and change I got charged for. I will not be ordering from them or from Papa Johns probably ever again. Disgusting and completely unacceptable to offer such a pathetic product. *See picture.

Medium pizza did not taste good or normal. Large tasted fine but the delivery driver handled it in a way that broke the seal from butter, which leaked all over. Pizza craving ruined. A disappointing $50 wasted.

Just got my order delivered. Order two drinks, didnt get them. I called to have them refunded because redelivery will take 45 minutes. Opened pizza box, theres only 1 pineapple on one half of the side when I ordered for entire pizza. No jalapenos on half of the pizza where I ordered pineapple, green pepper and jalapenos. Called and a man answered. He was extremely rude and sarcastic where I asked to speak with Cami again he goes “be my guest” lol. All in all, I spoke with Cami and she apologized and offered a free large pizza.

Papa John’s pizza from Norcross is absolutely AMAZING!! I love how they taste!! My only problem though is that the employees don’t wear gloves during making the pizza. I know that all germs and etc get cooked in the oven but I would appreciate if the employees wore some gloves, but otherwise it’s amazing. The Papa John’s place itself isn’t so bad, but I would totally recommend some more seating areas inside and more beverages.
