During an event at the arena I decided to get dinner due to limited options. The “owner” seemed very abrasive while talking to his employees and customers. The cooks who were seasoned employees were bickering as well. I didn’t like the way they had pre-made the Gyros and simply reheated them when needed. FYI lettuce should not be reheated. Needless to say the bad attitudes of the workers and the service made the food underwhelming.

I love Great Wraps, but this location was NOT it. Visibly dirty equipment, old fryer oil (tasted burnt), the place even smells bad walking by it. They also burned this sad chicken biscuit.

Great wraps is an appropriate name. They are good but the guy that takes your order can be a little abrasive. Just be ready to order. It’s fast though and they work hard to kick out your food. Recommend!

December 2025: Sadly the whole Food cort is under construction. ;(
December 2024: Yummy Greek bowl.
Good food for not too expensive price.
Would of gave them 5 stars but my friends food got mixed up with someone else order in the morning. But it was busy that morning.

Food was good, but the attitude that the person served me had ruined my appetite. I was rushed to make my order and felt mocked. Food would’ve been better if the service was better.

One of the worst establishments I’ve ever been to in a food court. I have a food allergy and asked for a topping removed and was told they could not accommodate me and that I was “too sensitive” and that the “employees can’t just bend at the will of customers, we only do what is on the menu here”.
I spent $20 on a really depressing salad. I wish I had just gotten out of line rather than paying for my order. Please, just step out of the long line and don’t waste your time here.

Food is not worth the cost. Asked for chicken Philly but to “super” it which was an up charge option on the regular Philly to add mushrooms. Was told that you had to get the chicken Philly “as is” – I’m not sure why it would be impossible to throw in a couple of mushrooms. This should of been a sign to just simply go to another restaurant. So I settled with the regulars Philly + mushrooms. I have a couple of complaints.
1. It was mainly a bread sandwich with very little meat.
2. The beef quality was not good at all.
3. Only put a couple of tiny pieces of pieces of mushrooms on the sandwich.
4. I also ordered cheese fries ($3.99) but the portion was less than the size of a small fry portion from McDonald’s and the cheese tasted like cheap cheese you get from a can.
I’m not one to write reviews often, but I hate spending money on food that is subpar. I should of saved that $13.05 and put it towards groceries instead.

My wife and I tried the falafel wrap. Though it was decent sized, the taste of it wasn’t good. It is quite expensive compared to other options in the food court and it was really spicy, overpowering all the other tastes in the wrap

I am attending a conference and stopping by the CNN center for lunch. The cashier spoke inappropriately to an elderly person that spilled a beverage on the counter. He spoke to her as if scolding a child. To be demeaning and disrespectful to a customer during a lunch rush is unacceptable. I will not support this establishment in the future and will encourage others to do the same.

Extremely disappointing. Lesson learned; just wait out the Chick-fil-A line. I paid $13 for a “bowl” which turned out to be a small portion of gyro meat, a spoonful of toppings atop a pile of browning lettuce. #ripoff
