This store has gotten my order wrong multiple times. They get the toppings right (almost always), but other things wrong, like the amount of cheese, how the pizza is cut, and how well the pizza is baked. (This last order they got all 3 wrong.) The food always tastes good, but it’s not always the way I ordered it. If you’re going to order from them, make sure you emphasize anything that’s non-standard about your order, and don’t expect them to get it right.

Ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza little to no pepperoni. Ordered a supreme pizza and it only had toppings over 2/3rd’s of the dough and not consistent over the portion that had toppings. The large pizzas are the size of mediums now. The 2 pizzas delivered 2.5 miles for a total of $42. Absolutely NOT WORTH THE COST. I’ve had better pizza in a FOB in Afghanistan.

My take out was ready on time and the staff had top tier customer service. I was definitely surprised by the customer service considering most pizza places have terrible service. This employee actually seemed happy to be there!

I ordered a pizza for my lunch last week, and Casey was super nice and professional. He was the only worker inside at the time, and he said my order would be another 5 mins and that it was coming right out of the oven. I can not tell you when was the last time I had such an amazing pizza! I will be coming back to this location more often! 10/10 Customer service for Casey!!!

Placed an Oder the day before to ensure more than enough time to complete an order of 25 pizzas $653.00 I received a call from the manager who I spoke to originally on the day of @ 10 for a drop off delivery only to be asked what day was my order for .. yeah it was for 11 .. 11. , 12 , 12:30 came and went no call to say pizza will be late I’m calling only to have the call pickup and sent back on hold I had to send a co-worker to see what’s up 12:50 they were just loading up I’m a kitchen manager myself and communication is key Poor customer service at its best

ordered pizza and twix bites from here. absolutely disgusted! $33 down the drain. pizza barely had any meat on it and the twix bites were burnt. only excuse was thats how they usually turn out. why continue to sell them. i will never purchase from them again. im pissed i left a tip for this mess

Do not order from thos Papa John’s. They dont care about their customers at all. It took delivery over an hour to get to me. I called their manager and he gave me an excuse saying “sometimes the systems glitches with the time.” He told me his time said 45-60 while I have a receipt copy of it saying 27-37. After asking if I’ll be compensated he said “yeah I’ll give you a free side or dessert on your next order” and immediately hung up with giving any information and I still haven’t gotten an email. This is the pizza I ended up with.

I come here all the time & this is the 1st time I’ve actually been disappointed, I’ve gotten the Oreo knots a couple times & never have I gotten them burnt until now . It had more Oreo hanging out more than usual so I tried them before leaving & it indeed was & tasted burnt . I kept telling the guy that they were burnt & he said that’s how they’re are supposed to look which is a lie because I’ve never gotten them like that before at this location but of course he couldn’t tell bc Oreos are black . He finally offered to remake them which he should have done from jump but said it was gonna be a long wait time which was crazy bc they literally take 10 mins to make so I asked for a refund . If you come here I don’t recommend the new knots because they make them burnt now .
