Mistakes happen. I get it. However, when I called today and spoke with Casey the manager, he was very rude and challenged me on the numerous errors with the order. When I offered to send him pictures, he backed off a bit and reluctantly agreed to refund the mistakes. No apology, nada. How far Papa Johns has fallen from their decent reputation 20 years ago. Don’t bother with this location. See the recent 1 star reviews and be warned.

I live 5 minutes away in a car from this place, this is the second time they take over 1 hour to deliver a pizza! Every time I call, the driver is almost there… No customer service, they don’t even offer you a coupon for your troubles. Unbelievable!

Save your time and just order from Mellow Mushroom. They’re not that far from this location, the pizza is better, and the service is much better. My experience is like everyone else’s who has rated recently. You place an order, wait for your order, don’t receive your order, call about your order, get put on hold, hang up, call back and pretend you’re making a new order, employee picks up immediately (suddenly now available to take a new order although no one was available to give you an update on your existing order seconds earlier), employee tells you that your order hasn’t even been started yet even though the estimated delivery time has already passed. This is a consistent issue with this location, not just a single bad night. My family used to order from here every week for pizza night. Now we order from Mellow Mushroom. They might not deliver, but at least the pizza is ready when it’s supposed to be and they answer the phone when you call about your order.

Do not order from thos Papa John’s. They dont care about their customers at all. It took delivery over an hour to get to me. I called their manager and he gave me an excuse saying “sometimes the systems glitches with the time.” He told me his time said 45-60 while I have a receipt copy of it saying 27-37. After asking if I’ll be compensated he said “yeah I’ll give you a free side or dessert on your next order” and immediately hung up with giving any information and I still haven’t gotten an email. This is the pizza I ended up with.

Absolutely dreadful service. Ordered pizza for kids’ dinner at 8:27 pm. Estimated delivery was 9:04 pm. Almost two hours later I called them to find out why we had no delivery yet and with NO APOLOGY, they said they only had one driver delivering multiple orders and my order wouldn’t be delivered for another 30 minutes. This would make it 2.5 hours since I placed the order. Again, no apologies from these incompetent jokers. Had to find leftovers for the kids to eat. DO NOT WASTE your time or money here. Domino’s Pizza will never do this.

Honestly if I could give this store a zero I would, I absolutely hate people who choose to work in a place and be miserable and rude get a better job that you actually like but I understand you probably can’t because a lot of you are illiterate, I placed my order for a meat lovers and of course went home open my pizza and there’s only two meats on there pepperoni and beef, called the store to see if I can get a refund the only option they gave me was a store credit that I couldn’t see on my Papa Johns app where I placed my order they said that it’s going to be in their store system only I asked them if the store credit expired and they said no it doesn’t have an expiration date but of course it was fishy from the beginning and after a month and me trying to place my order they said they could not see the store credit and there was nothing they could do and they were super rude about it. don’t recommend this store at all rude illiterate people who don’t know how to do their job and lie

I order from this location often and they always provide good service and good pizza! Last night was the first time we have had any problems with the pizza (mistakes happen!) and I called the store and it was immediately resolved! The delivery drivers are always awesome. Thanks for keeping me fed when I am too tired to cook Papa Johns!
