This was such a weird situation to me. It looked like someone took a bite out of our pizza. I called the location and the manager (Watson) just refunded my money no questions asked. He didn’t even ask for proof. I hope that he gets committed and trust worthy workers soon. As this is the only PapaJohns location in the area. See the pics – there’s the proof.

The store has nice team, but I have to be honest..of all the papa johns I’ve been to, the pizza here is the worst! It tastes so doughy and bland. Every order we’ve had from this store was so nasty. Pizza was burnt and very much dry. Cheese sticks were SUPER DRY! The only plus side was the delivery driver was polite. Sorry to say will not order this location again. Our family pizza night was a disappointment $60 down the drain.

I will NEVER order from Papa John’s again!! I have loved this pizza pla6for decades. Unfortunately, they now use “Call Centers ” so who knows who or where the person is you’re ordering from. Obviously not the store as, although I called the actual store, less than 5 miles away, they claimed they never got the order. More than an hour later, 4 calls & attempts to talk with someone, including the so called “manager ” who had no clue & kept telling me to call they’re local # again to try to talk to someone at the “who knows where” and hope you get it. 1 hour and nothing!!

I had to return a pizza that was delivered. The pizza had pork on it, and I didn’t order pork. I called and was placed on hold for 35 minutes. Therefore, I drove to the store, and I was questioned by some kids running the store. Finally I talked with the manager and he replaced the 2 pizza.

Saturday Feb 25, 2023 around 7:30pm. I am saying this because the team that was working at this date and time were really nice about everything. I had ordered a pick up order online and when I arrived they had said that it wasn’t ready yet. They later said that there was a mix up and I would have to wait for a new pizza. At no point or time did they have an attitude with me, they were extremely helpful, the pizza looked good and they even compensated me with a soda. I work in customer service so I understand how stressful and busy a Saturday night can be. I will definitely keep on coming here if every staff member is alway this nice, helpful, and talkative!

This is the craziest place I have ever tried to get a pizza delivered from. Ordered online for 1hr ahead of time. They sent the pizza to the wrong address and berated me saying it was indeed my fault. The manager on duty would not even take the time to speak to me in the phone. He said he was to busy mind you this is a 5:00 on Tuesday. I asked for a refund. Veronica informed me it would be 2 days to get the refund issued to me. Just save the time and money and go somewhere else for pizza from now on.

The worst service I ever experienced anywhere. I placed an order at 9:24pm never received my order. The manager lied and said it was on its way and it never came. I called back to check on my order only to be hung up on. Upper management really need to get involved because this isn’t great service at all.

The few times I’ve ordered here the pizza barely had cheese on it and the toppings were super light. There’s also a gentleman who basically begs you for a tip when picking up. I watched him do it over and over as I was waiting to pick up on several occasions. I’ll go elsewhere
