This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Papa John’s. The lightskin female employee with long lashes was rude, passive‑aggressive, and completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. An older man backed up her behavior instead of correcting it, which made the whole environment feel hostile.
What concerned me most was the level of disrespect they showed toward customers and delivery drivers. Some customers legally carry firearms, and with the way these employees were talking to people, they could easily put everyone’s safety at risk. No one should have to worry about that just trying to pick up food.
The only person acting professionally was the younger lady who tried to help but was ignored by the other two. This location needs serious attention, and I fully plan on reporting this incident.

I have been a regular customer of this location for almost 2 years. Not only because I like the pizza but also because for the past 2 years they have been the only pizza chain that delivered to my area. In the two years they have shown repeatedly that they do not care about the quality of food, service, or customers they serve. In my latest order I ordered $60 worth of pizza. The pizza arrives to my house uncooked and barely no ingredients. I call and speak to a so called manager I advised that I would be bringing the pizza to the store and would like another one to be prepared while I was on my way. She said that I didn’t have to do that and she would send it back out. This was ok for me and I did not intend to take it any further. The pizza NEVER came. I wake up today and call back to speak with another “so called manager” and she clearly couldn’t care less about the issue and rushes me off the phone saying she would just remake it. I again offered to send pics and or bring the pizza to the store so they could get to the root of the problem. She says again that is not necessary and acts like I’m crazy for wanting to do that. So I’m like ok just send the pizza. Still not tripping and willing to just accept a remake even if a day later and even though I went hungry last night because I couldn’t get a refund. Well what do you know. Guess what??? AGAIN today…. NO pizza. Now 3 hours later and nothing so YES I am now pissed and filing a formal complaint. I now want my money back and they are lucky I don’t come throw the pizza in their face. Newsflash you have a freaking job because of the customers. PERIOD! I order 2-3 times per month and spend over $50-100 on each order. I definitely don’t deserve to keep being treated this way so I will gladly take my business to Pizza Hut or Dominoes who I just found out now deliver to my area. They really need to do something about them incompetent, careless, disrespectful employees. This isn’t the first time but it will be the last time I am treated this way.

Just came by to order a pizza real quick while waiting in line the Black girl at the counter with Long Eyelashes WAS EXTREMELY NASTY AND RUDE TO A LADY THAT WAS PICKING UP A DOOR DASH ORDER.. SHE TOLD THE LADY THAT SHE DIDNT HAVE TO EVER COME BACK AGAIN IF SHE DIDNT LIKE THE WAY SHE RAN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE! The lady Was not rude at all she waa just trying to pick up her order… I wish I had gotten the young ladys name that was rude but I was So Shocked by her NASTY ATTITUDE That I just left.. I HAVE WORKED IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY FOR YEARS AND NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE TALKED TO LIKE THAT AS A GUEST. To be fair people do get on your nerves in this industry but the lady that was trying go get her food said or did Absolutely NOTHING TO WARRANT THAT TYPE OF BEHAVIOR FROM A WORKER…. IT WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND DISGUSTING!!!! YOU GUYS SHOULD BE CAREFUL OF WHO YOU HIRE BECAUSE SOMEONE COULD GET HURT BEHIND THAT GIRLS RUDENESS SHE SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM YOUR COMPANY IMMEDIATELY ITS A VERY BAD LOOK…. I tried the papadila and it was pretty good.
However, the pizza I ordered was made incorrectly.
I ordered Canadian bacon and pineapple and they gave me Canadian bacon and pepperoni which is just gross. (See pics for proof of my order)
It really ruined the entire pizza because pepperoni is so greasy that even once it’s removed the pizza still tastes extra greasy and meaty… ew.
Plus it’s missing the pineapple which is literally half the flavor. Very disappointed in lack of attention to detail. It’s not that hard to double check ingredients, I’ve worked at a pizza place before and I’ve never messed up an order so badly.
I don’t know how this issue can be avoided or fixed because I ordered through doordash…

I want to thank Rent (I hope I spelled it correctly) for making my pizza. I can’t eat a lot of cheese (health reasons) , but she did an excellent job. I ordered light cheese sausage pizza, and it was on point.

I ordered my pizza online ahead of time and when I went to go pick it it it took the staff 15 to hand me my pizza that been ready. I saw my pizza through the window. When I asked them to hand me my pizza, the guy in the front got an attitude because he wanted to finish folding pizza boxes and putting stickers on the boxes. Lot of people was upset. All he had to do was hand me my pizza because I paid online. Instead he had me wait 15 minutes so he can fold boxes instead of giving me my pizza. Highly unprofessional.

I had to repeat several times that I wanted the pizza to be the Tuscan six cheese special and add spinach and mushrooms to half of the pizza . I ordered a side of garlic stick breads .The cashier took over 5 minutes to understand what I was requesting and to know how to ring it up. I was told to check back in about 20 minutes .
Time to check in on pizza . There’s a taller guy with locs making the pizza who mentioned something along the lines of realizing he messed up on someone order and said “fuck it” We proceed to ask about the status of our pizza . We are handed the pizza box and breadstick box . As we get in the car to check we realize that it was more than likely our pizza he knew he messed up on. This pizza pictured is no where a Tuscan 6 cheese pizza . Very much basic . Paid for the Large Whixh ordered totaled Over 20 plus dollars . It was the lack of customer service, bad store vibe and the pizza being completely wrong that was upsetting .
