my family normally orders dominos pizza because of limited availability of Papa John’s where we’re from(Wisconsin). There isn’t one within delivery range. When we arrived here to Myrtle Beach I saw Papa John’s and couldn’t wait for my wife and kids to try it. Last half hour of their night and pizza was made to perfection! My family was overly satisfied! Thank you for making great pizza!

Our order was missing a bottle of soda we immediately called and the manager had an attitude about delivering it. After call we opened our food boxes… if there was a ZERO star rating that is what I’d give. The pizza and bread sticks were cold, like I mean cold not not hot or warm…COLD. The Papa Bowl that is $10 didn’t even cover the bottom of the container, not sure why it was lacking a normal amount of ingredients. We are disgusted with this location and will not order from here again!

I love papa John’s….
But after ordering my pizza , cheese sticks and extra garlic sauces, I was delivered the pizza and cheese stick…no garlic to be found. I have worked in pizza in the past and understand accidents happen, but when I called to simply inform them..not complain…not ask for a refund….just let them know that they charged for an item not deliver, I was met by nothing but hostility.
The person on phone then proceeded to argue with me about not having the cups of garlic on the order….I have the proof it was very much on the order.
It isn’t the food…the food was great but someone should teach their employees how to not be so rude on the phone.
I now sit here with two children fighting over the garlic cup…eating dry cheese sticks myself.
