As I approached the counter to get my pizza, the older Caucasian guy left the counter and went to check on my pizza. It wasn’t in a box yet. He began preparing my pizza to put in a box. When he returned to the counter, I asked if they wear gloves. He ignored me and proceeded to continue to ring up my order. After asking him multiple times if they use gloves he walked away and went to get his manager. There was a another tall guy at the counter that stated, they don’t have to wear gloves over and over as the temperature in the over over 450 degrees. That wasn’t my point. Why is the older guy leaving the counter without washing his hands handling my pizza? I told them that I would not be paying as this is not sanitary. The black lady(I guess manager) offered to remake my pizza. After my remake, the older guy was talking about me right to my face with the manager. So unprofessional and disrespectful. I asked who the manager was and she stated she was. I told her that the older guy was very disrespectful and I was appalled at how she allowed this as a manager. I asked for the store manager. To be honest, I don’t know what she said. I was just ready to leave. Check your cameras. I saw three. This is unacceptable. You have lost my business after 26 years.

Honestly a very upsetting experience for a store that i very much enjoy. I was
told my order did not exist when i had emails confirming it at the second loop location. I am not one to leave reviews especially if it was just for a misunderstanding. I called customer service trying to figure it out and they told me my order should be ready and to talk to a manger about it. I called the store manager and he was very unkind towards me and had a very frustrated attitude when i was just trying to understand what was going wrong. I tried asking for a refund but that seemed to make him mad. I was just trying to have a nice little party so i preorder the 3 large pizzas. i’m out of money and very upset with the way i was treated when i just was trying to understand the mix up. I have never left a review before but I never have been treated like that before

I absolutely adore the TEAMWORK and fast past work ethic I just witnessed. I just picked up my large carry out order and entered into a VERY CLEAN lobby. I was blown away when I realized there were only two employees working tonight. But let me tell you they absolutely rocked it by the team work they had going on. I didn’t have to wait, they were very informative to every customer that walked in and they both deserve a raise♡ its hard to find hard working employees anymore, these two were phenomenal will most definitely be returning ♡ thank you guys!!! Truly appreciated.

Very good pizza and good customer service! If you haven’t tried this Philly Stake Pizza you’re missing out! I don’t think I would like because it do not have tomatoes sauce on it. So took the chance and tried it wow! This is a must try !

We ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese. To pay so much for extra cheese, it looks like the regular amount. Ordering just a cheese pizza, you expect only cheese on it right? On the third slice, we had meat underneath the cheese. Good thing it wasn’t something I’m allergic to!

If I could give zeros stars I would. I ordered over the phone with a call center. I wanted two large pizzas. Upon delivery we received one. I was nice and still tipped bc it wasn’t the delivery guys fault. I called to make it right and my dad went to the store in person. The management did not care at all. I called the call center and they referred me to an email and then once I got through another time I got hung up on. Finally I got someone on the phone that said that upper management would call me within 48 hours. They never told me that they did not have local drivers that my orders was directed through door dash so there was a tacked on fee. No one said anything to me about it. Terrible customer service. My husband owns a restaurant and this is completely unacceptable. I will NEVER order from here again. I have family in town and half of my family is still hungry. Completely ridiculous. Save you and your family the headache and the money and take your business elsewhere.

I ordered 2 pizzas from here so “THEY” could deliver it to my house and they used DoorDash instead and the DoorDash driver stole our pizza and never delivered it and also confirmed they delivered it and papa John’s still haven’t refunded my money I would not recommend this location at all they need to be closed stealing peoples money

Ordered four pizzas for Super Bowl all the pizzas came with garlic butter, all of them, except for one of the garlic butter. We’re not sealed they had all been opened up, called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. In other words, they didn’t care about their service..
