Horrible experience! If I could give 0 stars I would! This was my first time at this location after moving. I ordered online. Arrived to pick up my pizza and left. I got all the way home (10 miles) and opened the box, the pizza was burnt. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. I advised him that I couldn’t eat the pizza because it was burnt and that I would be returning the food expecting a new pizza to be made. I get there, I stand waiting and then some guy with his hair all over the place comes out with no hair net on and takes the box and throws the pizza away after I advised I was returning it for a new one. Ofcourse there was no greeting or apology. The manager comes out does not greet me or apology either but says “it will be out shortly”. Then the 1st guy comes and hands me the pizza and I thank him and ofcourse no response. Bottom line you lead by example, and you treat your customers with the highest level of respect because after all, without your customers you have no job. Without your job then you have no income. Operational excellence is a must and this group definitely lacked the most important thing-basic customer service. Will not be coming to this location again!

The pizza is great. The surprising thing is that I ever got to taste it. The app is almost useless. I swear I expected to see an Angelfire logo by the time I finally completed my order. First, you don’t actually order from the app. It takes you to their webpage to order. I was unable to sign in with the ID I created just two weeks ago. I didn’t have time to figure that out. And when it came time to pay there was no Apple Pay option?! It’s like they don’t want my business. Find someone who can fix those problems and I promise you will see the benefits in repeat orders. Or don’t….and just assume you are losing orders from frustrated customers who don’t have time to navigate your 1990’s era e-commerce.

I always got great service here, prices are amazing. While I prefer NY-Style pizza, this is the place to go when you want something different. For a chain, I’d put their deep-dish up against anyone’s I just wish it was a sit-down restaurant instead of to-go. If you live more than 10 minutes away, it’s never as good re-heated.

Paid extra for pineapple on 2 pizzas. Order with delivery was approx $75. Pizza arrived no pineapple that I paid extra for. I called. Young man answered and stated he made my pizza and put pineapple on it. I have pictures. He says he is the manager and I have to drive there and show him the pictures. He had THE worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will not over pay for pizza here ever again.

I had a great experience with this Jets in particular they are always very busy and I can see why I had an issue one time with the delivery driver because they were shorthanded and the manager Rob compensated me for my time and hours lost without food with the amazing pizza And even more I got great customer service in return. After moving here and Having co workers who love Jets Pizza rave about it, we decided to give it a try. Let me tell you the amount of disappointment we got. First customer service was non existent. The girl did not even welcome us in only threw the Pizzas on the counter and turn the screen for payment. Second there was no care about the company they represent as it showed through the food. The dough was over cooked and dry. The pizzas over sauced and thrown together. As a mom of a large family we have seen our nights of cheap pizzas. Those pizzas were 10’s compared to the amount each of these pizzas cost. As a former team worker of a large pizza chain I get that some stores don’t represent the product like others do. So I won’t dismiss the chain as a whole but I would not in any way recommend this location.

I just tried to order take out. Gave the guy the address and he didn’t know how to get to our house……are you from the stone age???? Question after question about our location. I got so aggravated I hung up! You guys just lost a customer.

Been getting pizza from this location for years. Today was NOT what we have come to enjoy. Crust burnt somewhat and extra cheese was no where to be found. Very little sauce and when called location , there was no attempt to satisfy us as good customers. Just dissapointed with this pizza. We did get an apology but we expected a little more since we drive 15 miles to get there.
