Ordered Papa John’s the other night and I’d give it a solid three-star experience overall. It did the job, but nothing really stood out as amazing.
I went with a large pepperoni pizza and an order of garlic knots. The pizza came out hot and had a good amount of cheese and toppings, and the garlic sauce on the side definitely helped the flavor. The crust was decent — not too thick, not too thin — just your typical chain pizza texture.
Service was pretty smooth. Ordering was easy and the food was ready when they said it would be. Staff were polite, just not super engaging or memorable. It felt very routine, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
Overall, it was right in the middle for me. Not bad, not great — just a reliable, quick pizza option when you don’t feel like cooking. I’d order again, but it’s not my first choice when I’m really craving good pizza.

Todays I went by to order 10 pizzas. I went early so that i could give them time to make them. I met Kristen. She greeted me with a smile and very positive attitude. Which later surprised me when I found out that she was working solo from 10am to 3pm. She assured me that my pizzas would be ready at 12.30 for pick up. I arrived a few minutes early and she informed that the last one was in the oven. I observed her greeting her customers and in a professional manner give them an estimated time of there order being ready. All while making and taking orders all with a smile. Because of her and the great pizza she gave us we will be back. Papa John’s you have a dedicated team member that should be recognized. Great Job Kristen !

The following pics are from the second time I placed a delivery order, and there were issues. The first time my delivery order had issues was last Saturday 04/06/24. I was supposed to get the same thing I ordered tonight (an Extra Crispy Thin Crust Large Supreme Pizza). Last Saturday the pizza was not extra Crispy, but instead cold and not cooked all the way still doughey! So I called the actual store, and the manager was nice and credited me for a free pizza so that was issue was resolved. So I was hesitant on placing another place, but bc they resolved my issue from last week I thought I’d give them another chance. Well tonight me and my niece were eating and one of the slices had card board pieces from a pizza box, but it wasn’t from my box. I inspected the my box thought maybe a piece tore off when i opened but as you can see from the pic the cardboard pieces were undeath the cheese and toppings and cooked into it. They look like green peppers but upon biting into my slice it tasted funny and a hard weird texture and noticed it was cardboard pieces from the the pizza boxes they use to put the pizzas in. Patrick the manager solved my issue and he was great, the delivery driver great and super early, but only a credit for a free pizza. Nice they offered a free credit but cardboard pieces in a pizza is unacceptable.

First of all I just want to say I don’t recommend eating here. For 1, the delivery man didn’t have change for 2 20 dollar bills that equals forty and the man on the line clearly he said he had the change. But No. And 2nd, you don’t serve someone hard dried up pizza it’s dried up on the crust and the pizza itself. Is hard too from bottom. Cookie pizza? Same way it’s very hard like rock you can’t even press down on it. I don’t usually order from this location but never again

Delivery was warm when it arrived on a busy Saturday night…everything was delicious. I did order well done and I would say it was normal was the only small thing.

Papa Johns blew it out the water. We had a large party starting at 11am. Most places don’t open until then but Papa is open at 10. They had all my pizzas ready by 10:45. Everything turned out great!

This is by far The most tasteless pizza I have ever had from this location. If I wanted cheese on crust I would have just went to Little Caesars. I called the manager and he show little to no care about it. I do not recommend eating here. I used to rate it 5 stars but this experience showed me they do not care about my business. The pepperoni was even upsetting. The Goose Creek store is far better.
