I ordered a Philly from the Annandale store and specifically asked for no onions and no peppers. It was a pretty simple request. Unfortunately, when I got home, it had both onions and peppers on it.
I’m not going to drive all the way back this time, but it’s frustrating when a straightforward order isn’t followed. If it happens again, I’ll probably stop going there.

Jersey Mike’s has done it again, great location and professional, polite and friendly staff. Had the pleasure of enjoying a club mini sandwich, chips and Starry drink. The sandwich was made to order fresh, with flavorful ingredients. The newly opened store was clean, tables were wiped down and the bathrooms were well stocked and clean as well.

My first time here after a doctor’s visit and my sandwich wasn’t made according to my customization! Oil/Vinegar was not in the bag, on the side as I requested, so the other half of my sandwich will be soggy tomorrow for lunch. Disappointed, why ask for special directions if you aren’t going to follow them? Why waste my time?

Ordered sandwich, put on wrong bread, ignored instructions for sandwich, wrong bread, no tomatoes or lettuce on Big Kahuna, skimpy meat, no “ Mikes Way”. Totally ignored instructions and to top it off did not apply points for the visit. Eaten here many times, but this was a total disappointment. Deserve a refund!!!! Tried to call 6 times and no one would any the phone.

Stoped at this location twice. The first time it was very slow, But there was no acknowledgment from the staff And the management. But I got a Philly cheesesteak without onions and peppers. The person that cooked my sandwich was very nice when I asked for extra mayo. Now the second time which was today, superbowl day. I ordered the same thing which was Philly cheesesteak without onions and peppers and I’m prettt sure it was written on the ticket!!!! But the manager that cooked my sandwich put onions on it. So I told him that i asked for no onions and peppers so he shoved the onions on the side!! lol so when he handed me my sandwich I had told him that i was allergic to onions. He then asked me if I wanted him to cook me another sandwich with an attitude. if he just read the ticket the right way we would’ve never had an issue. It’s funny how he was the one that made the mistake and he was the one with an attitude. The only reason I come to the spot is because I go to Wingstop. I’m sad to say that this will be the last time I’ll be going there to order a sandwich. I feel like the whole staff needs Training customer service.

Special review here for the service. Ordered a veggie and this is the first place that I’ve been to that asked if I was a vegetarian. Why? So they could clean the blade. Which they did. Good on them.

I ordered a Philly at the Annandale store, I ordered it with NO onions and NO peppers, fairly simple order, but when I got home you guessed it onions and peppers. Now I’m not going to go all the way back to the store, but if it happens again I will just quit going there!
