I ordered a medium Cheese Pizza and Garlic knots. Went to pick up my food and I said, “thank you” at least three times and the lady working didn’t say one word. She looked at me like I was from another planet. When I get home I see that they gave me knots, but no garlic. This place is horrible and so are the employees. I tried calling and no one answers. I stopped going there for a while and this is why. Now I have to drive all the way to Park West to get pizza.

The delivery was quick for a Friday night and the driver was very polite, this the 3 stars. The pizza deserved one star, as it had very little sauce and a few ingredients tossed in the middle (this was a regular medium Works). Yes, we had eaten 2 pieces when this pic was taken, but you can see it’s not like a Works pizza should look. A lot of money for this pitiful thing. Papa Johns used to be our favorite, but we won’t be ordering it anymore!

The poor guy waiting next to me was there for 20 minutes and his pie was sitting on the shelf for half of it. My pie was picked up off the shelf after it was placed there but I also made a point of pointing that out. I was told 15 minutes wait but it ended up being 40. It was a Saturday night so I kind of expected a bit of a delay. The food was very tasty though and on par with the rest of the Papa John’s I have been so so I gave them a 3 star and not a 2 star.

On vacation and wanted to grab a pizza, normally Pappa John’s is our go to pizza. This was not a good pizza, the dough was old (the crust was flat, normally it rises) see pics. We asked for half and on the pizza, but they put it all on the same side, we even double checked our order before submitting.

I ordered my pizza at 730. I got there at 830 to pick it up still wasn’t ready. They hadn’t even started my food. Store manager acted like she could care less. I watched everyone else attitude. No hustle, they could care less that they were backed up. Second time this had happened at this store. I got a refund. I won’t be coming back

Called an order in for papadias. The driver wasn’t from papa John’s and could barely speak English. And wanted more money than I was told when placing the order without being able to prove I owed more. Then my papadias looked like this. Nothing to them less than half of the normal papadia.
