I would like to praise Debbie the employee that worked the night of 1/6 at the 1836 Ashley River Road location. I ordered pizza to be delivered to the St. Francis hospital for several nurses, at 9pm. Around 9:45pm I called to see where the pizza was because it was never delivered. Debbie answered the phone and was very kind and told me “someone from door dash picked it up 30minutes ago, and most likely stole it.” I was very discouraged and Debbie was very kind about the whole situation and offered to remake the pizza. In that moment, another door dash driver walked in the store trying to pick up my pizza. He was very aggressive and texted me multiple times saying he would not wait for my pizza to be remade unless I pay him more money. I was frustrated because I did not order through door dash and now he was trying to extort me for more money. I called back and let Debbie know to not give the new door dash driver my pizza and we would come pick it up ourselves. Debbie told the man to leave and cancel the order, which he refused when I asked him. It was a very unfortunate situation that Debbie’s calm presence helped us through it. She is amazing and she should be rewarded! Great pizza and great customer service! Thank you Debbie!!!

I’m in charlston s.c. we ordered 2 _ hamburger an onion thin crust pizza an some kind of bread about 4 pm 1 pizza had no sauce at all the other barely had any.we gave to kids befor we realized so my son would not come back.im 71 an that’s the worst pizza I have ever had.that would never had happen in fl. Where im from.

When will I learn? Third time getting the wrong pizza delivered. I called and they asked me to drive it back. Lol They gave me a refund but we shall see if it shows up.

Poor quality and customer service – see hair baked into pizza below. I do not think a “credit” for one pizza is an appropriate response in this situation, which is what was offered when I notified them of the issue. Our entire order went in the garbage after discovering this.

I commend the young girl who had her locs covered while making pizza. It was a gentleman in there, hat on, possibly caucasian with his hair loose. I watched him stretch the pizza dough and his hair touching the pizza dough. When his coworker mentioned it to him he took his hands, pushed his hair back with his bare hands and kept working. His hair should be netted up. When I brought it to the manager’s attention he expressed some concern, but not much. I was absolutely disgusted. While we understand there are germs everywhere, its is an absolute violation to have your hair loose while preparing someone else’s food and your hair touching the food.

Edit: My anxiety wouldn’t let me be great! I went back in, had the girl remake my pizzas. She was patient, kind, got it done. 5 stars for service for the girl who understood & remade my pizzas.

highly do not recommend getting anything from this location. we got two pizzas and garlic knots. one of the pizzas weren’t even cut, and don’t get me started on the garlic knots. not even buttered or anything, i’ll attach a photo just so y’all can see

I haven’t been here in a while but was satisfied with my 2 recent visits the pizza was so delicious fresh & hot and taste even better than ever. I definitely will be returning keep up the good work ❤

I just tried to door dash from this location and the employees canceled our order at last minute and never made the food to give they wasted our time and tried to blame on is that we canceled the order and when in fact we didn’t cancel anything. Employee by the name of Jess was rude to the dasher. The dasher had us on the phone while she tried to place the order. This is very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from this location

Gave me an option to pay with card after I had already ordered with cash. I decided to do it since I had already wanted to order with card, it charged my bank and I called the store to confirm it was good on their end and the manager said that they didn’t receive payment and that I would still have to pay cash. I told him how it had already took out of my bank and he said , “it happens all the time” . Why is this an option if something like this “happens all the time” he was rude and discourteous.
