Found the pizzas that we ordered to be very dry like a cardboard taste to it. Very little tomatoes sauce and couldn’t find the extra cheese. Toppings very sparse. Feel bad that I left a tip and ended up here since Marcos didn’t have any cheese for there pizza

It’s literally the worst pizza ever. It used to be good, but something has changed. Order pizza the first time, and everything was wrong. Called the store to get missing items and was told they would be delivered. Well, never delivered. Received an email stating they take pride in the food and will honor a free reorder. A month later, we decided to give them another try. Honestly, I don’t know why, but I thought maybe they got it together. Ordered and pizza delivered. Well, open pizza and the pizza was a complete mess. Had toppings under the crust and on the top of the box. Looked like some one decided to flip the box. Called the store and asked for a replacement and was asked if I could pick it up. Really? The store said we would deliver another soon. An hour later, there was no pizza. Called the store to be told it was just picked up. Ok, well received pizza 15 minutes later, and the pizza is not even the pizza I ordered to begin with. This store is a complete joke. Papa John’s needs to find a better GM or close the store.

I ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza. I checked it after I left, and it was the size of a large with 8 slices. The extra large is supposed to be 10 slices. I took it back, and the manager literally took the pizza and cut slices in half to make it 10. What the hell?

Yea so I read all these reviews after our wings look like this. So I guess the moral of this story is to read the reviews first! These were supposed to be honey chipotle wings. Still looking for the sauce though!

Just ordered a pizza from there, it was delivered with 2 pieces missing and looked like it had been dropped on the ground .When we called, manager just said he probably dropped it and didn’t offer any further apology.

Walked in and there were to very large women just hanging out at the cash register on the customer side. The girl asked what my name was she gave me my order and I left. Well my name isn’t Elisa Holman after driving almost 45 minutes away I noticed it. Of course they won’t pick up the phone so I paid 30 something dollars for a 10 dollar pizza. Yay me and my family.

We Ordered Breadsticks and wings. Wings were pretty good. Breadsticks were disappointing. We ordered 20. Super dry and presentation was awful. If I knew we were getting the crust from pizza with no garlic or butter I wouldn’t have bought them! These were chewy and dry and they aren’t even bread sticks!

Placed an order for $24.17 over a hour before the store closed, paid for delivery recieved a confirmation number just to be charged 2x and my order to be canceled. This is ridiculous $50 to not get any food and to be told by the manager we’re closing and still have 45mins before closing . Trashhhh
