During my visit, the customer-facing prep area appeared messy, with visible food debris on the cutting board and surrounding counter surfaces. This made me uncomfortable and raised concerns for me about cleanliness.
I shared my observations with management afterward. The response I received felt defensive to me and included a suggestion that I try a different Jersey Mike’s location. Based on both what I observed during my visit and how the concern was handled, I chose not to return to this location.

About a month ago I ordered two gluten free subs through delivery. My subs arrived and no bread was included because they were out, yet I paid extra for my gluten free bread. The store did not inform me of this and it still allowed me to place my order in the app. I ordered sandwiches, not a bowl of meat and toppings. I called the store for a refund and the employee said the manager would call me the following day. She took my info but I never received a call so I called. Jasmine was very friendly and offered me two replacement GF subs.
I went once to try to redeem my subs but the store was again out of gluten free bread.
I finally tried one more time today. The store had my bread, and one of my two sandwiches was great. The other which was a buffalo chicken was missing everything but the chicken and cheese. No toppings, no sauce. A plain chicken sub. Overall, very frustrated with how this store is operating. While we were waiting for our order, we stood in the lobby as multiple employees stared at us. No greeting, no welcome in. Employees had ear buds in and made it clear they don’t care about the customer experience or food quality being served. Luckily another location is just down the street.

Well, not the healthiest place, but who actually expects fast food to be healthy? On the plus side, the sandwich that I had was excellent. The roll was perfect, soft but not too soft. There was plenty of fresh sliced turkey and ample toppings plus the sauce they put on it. I highly recommend giving this place a try. I will definitely be going back.

watched as three people walked out of line in front of me due to them being out of turkey, the lettuce appeared to be from a salad kit, and they were also out of pickles. The store was also out of dollar bills so I received $4.97 in nickels dimes and pennies. I’m not usually one to complain about this type of thing but good lord has this location gone down hill the last few months.

Ok so I love Jersey Mike’s just not the one in Macedonia. I came in and the girl who was the only one who was there greeted me right away and was friendly but when she took my order and my money. She did not wash her hands on between touching money and making food only out on a glove. Then while my son and I were sitting in the dining are more employees came in and sat on tables in back but where customers can see and put a blonde guys hair in a bunch of rubberbands and was cussing. I don’t think that’s appropriate where food is served to be doing hair OR cussing loud enough for little kids to hear in the dining area. All tables were dirty and I had to clean my own. I was the only customer in there so it’s not like they were busy and couldn’t clean off tables! Before we left we went to the women’s bathroom and it was disgustingly dirty. I took pictures of the bathroom if the manager or owner would like to see. We went at 1030 am on 5/31/18 and they opened at 10am so those bathrooms or dining area shouldn’t have been that dirty at all. I love Jersey Mike’s but will never go to Macedonia one again! Sorry Jersey Mike’s!

Can’t rate went to place to try and help the cause yesterday and apparently they were so busy good for them, but I stood there for 20 minutes and they didn’t even take my order, I was told when they got caught up I could place my order I left I had someplace to go. Three people who came in after me also left made the comment had better things to do then wait in line to order. It seems I was the only person who apparently didn’t call ahead. I am sorry what happened to being able to walk in and order. I hope you made your money for your cause but I am very disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered through the app a few months ago now. I ordered a #44 with no tomato or ranch.
When I received the order it had everything on it. No problem I thought, I’ll get a refund through the app. There’s no option. Customer service will not help you through the support feature they have. After enough emails and calls I finally got in contact with a person and sent me up the chain to corporate.
I was given the option, a store credit or a full refund but the refund would need to go through the store. I wanted my refund as I also paid a delivery tip. It’s been months since then and email after email I STILL have not received any help for something so simple. Jersey Mike’s as a whole is fine and I enjoy their food. This location however is an absolute travesty and the management needs replaced. Orders are wrong consistently and I’ll never go back to this location again.

Placed an order ahead of time. I arrived a few minutes before it was supposed to be ready and waited for it to be ready. The place was not busy, only one or two customers there. All the customers were served and left, and the employees sat down and were not working on my food. Several minutes after it was supposed to be ready I asked if my food was ready, and they answered that they hadn’t even started on it. They went to the kitchen to start working on my food and it took 15 minutes for them to make two subs. Again, no other customers were even in the store at that point.

Great experience at this Jersey Mike’s! The staff were super fast and very polite. My sub was made just right, and the service was top notch. I’ll definitely be coming back!
