My fiancee and I ordered a thick crust pizza , from Papa John’s online. It got here quickly and the driver was very kind. We are here in town doing volunteer work, we are from Knoxville, Tennessee . The driver was fast getting here, pizza was delicious. Very pleasant experience. The driver deserves a raise. He is a kind soul . Will order again from this papas location when we are in town.

Sad but, we used to think Papajohns was the best pizza in town. Sorry but not anymore. When I received my pizza, something smelled really bad, like something was decomposing. When I got home 19 minutes drive, the pizza was cod and my order said that the piZza will be ready by 7:30 and I was there by 7:27 pm. Sad but never go to that store again. It was scary. I always complain about service, but the pizza was fantastic. Not anymore. Late that night mi and my wife had a body rush. Aperantly, the city is not checking on restaurants food anymore.

Terrible pizza. We just had the NY style pizza from another location, while traveling, we were super impressed with the NY style pizza and wanted one, as soon as we got home. This one was terrible! Super thin cracker crust with hardy any toppings. Worse than any frozen pizza. Never again from this location.

Its drive through. So it’s quick, but the girl was very nice, very accommodating. As far as Pizza and dipping sauce goes. the Pizza was cooked to spec, the cheese bread was good, no real complaints. Other than not enough marinara sauce in the cheesy bread, really, that’s it. Staff changes at these places so often. let’s see how it goes next time…

*I’ll attach the full recording of the utter rudeness from this girl on the phone* 12 years of periodic ordering to my local business & my home address, great service (& all of them received great tips from me & my family) all of that time until today. When we pulled up to make sure our food order was refunded the door was locked with the sign showing open at 7:30pm.
We placed the order at 6pm to be delivered by 6:52-7:03pm. At 6:35, I checked the tracking again to make sure that it was on the way where at that point it said it had been sent to DoorDash & the delivery time was now 7:19. So I waited until 7:08 to check the tracking again. This time it said the order was cancelled so I called the restaurant. This employee told me that it was going to be another 45 mins or I could cancel the order. I said, our food would be cold & did they intend to comp or include extra food. She said ,”No.” So I asked to speak to the manager & she said, “She’ll tell you the same thing.” I told her that was unacceptable & she told me she could cancel my order & I could never order there again…

I can only hope that corporate hears this recording too. Especially, the part where she said, “That’s fine” because nothing about that unprofessional behavior was “fine.”
