Ordered pizza on Friday took over an hour for it to get here when it got here. The pizza was ice cold when I called the store back the Manager on duty told me I would be credited for two pieces cause they screwed up my order even though I ordered three on top of that when I called back to cash in the credits now all of a sudden it doesn’t exist every time I order pizza from this Papa John’s, it never comes on time. It always comes cold and there’s always some BS to go with it.

Papa John’s has gotten much better since I ordered it last. Food came super fast and was hot and exactly what I ordered. Good quality ingredients and delivery guy was nice. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Already not a fan of the fact that they’ve been outsourcing their delivery to a third party service but on top of that one side of my pizza has very little pepperoni on it. See photo.

I’m from Chicago and I miss Chicago pizza terribly.
I’ve lived in MA, CT and now NC and have not found ANY pizza that I could even like, let alone continue to order from.
I just had to say, while it’s still not Chicago pizza, this particular restaurant does not disappoint.
When I ask for extra sauce and extra cheese, they give me exactly that! The pizza is very good and I do order on a regular basis.
I’ve learned to make my own, somewhat comparable to what I grew up on but when I’m feeling lazy, Papa John’s on Glenburnie is it!!!

We have ordered delivery, 3 times now. The first time was great. Food was good and we got all the sauces we ordered. The last two times, we paid for spicy garlic sauce…..we didn’t get any. The third time I even asked the driver if the sauce was included. She said she made sure it was….it wasn’t. We got one regular garlic sauce. The food quality has declined little by little each time. Not sure we will order again. With a 33.3 percent accurate order percentage, I’m not sure we will risk it again.

First off I could not add instructions for how I wanted my pizza online. So I called and I don’t get someone at the store but at home who cannot speak English that good pizza was 10.99 online and on the phone with him. He switch’s me to the store and the guy tells me that the pizza is now 12 dollars. Look you can say I’m cheap or over dramatic. But here is the thing , in a world where everyone is trying to get every bit of the nothing you have a dollar means a lot. You have lost my business and I will for sure tell everyone come across. I love pizza and commercially Papa John’s is my go-to in the area. I’ve rarely been disappointed in the taste and appearance of my order. But I’ve begun to pick up on something, eighty percent or more of the time I receive dipping sauces where the seal has been tampered with. Even today with my order everything looks delicious but when I shake the garlic dipping sauce it flies everywhere because both pull tabs were lifted and seal broken.

Called in route to order. Waited an hour for the Pizza to be made. Only two people working. Ridiculous. This is the third time I’ve had to wait like that. Probably will seek other places to get Pizza take out. Staff was apologetic but management can do a better job of scheduling.

Great delivery service, but think they brought a competitors pizza instead of a true Papa Johns. It tasted old, like the sauce had been sitting on the counter, opened, all week. The crust was worse than cardboard. Maybe the company is trying to save money by going to cheap ingredients, in any event, it makes this a firm pass.
