Underappreciated Gem!
This taco shop was an amazing experience! When you walk up to the door you can see the cute art mural on the front windows with a very aesthetically pleasing interior that opens into a very clean and welcoming dining area.
The staff were very nice and recommended their popular Quesabirria Combo. Images don’t do this flavourful experience justice. Try this item for yourself. $17 for a whole dinner combo seems like an excellent deal considering the quality and service. Good portions and presentation.
Seriously give them a try and you won’t be disappointed. Emelia, your Taqueria is on my radar!

I came across a video about this place and realized it was right down the street from me, so I had to check it out. I’m glad I did. The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the birria tacos and they were packed with flavor tender, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The rice and beans were just as good. I especially appreciated that the beans actually had whole beans in them instead of being overly mashed like you find at some spots.
This is definitely going to be my new go to. On top of the great food, the customer service was excellent very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Good food flavors a little lackluster. Service was great they took good care of us. The atmosphere was very nice. It’s a very small place so not a lot of seats but well worth a try. If I’m ever back in town I’d definitely come back.

We were so happy to find this Mexican restaurant. Good music. but we were able to tell right away the foods were homemade and fresh. We found by the review we read and we can see why it had very good rating. It was clean, and the service, and the staffs were nice. We lived years near Mexico and know Mexican food. Ordered at Emelia’s for the first time today & was super impressed! The gal on the phone was very nice and attentive when ordering – and when I picked up I received the same amazing service! Food was exactly as we ordered and the burrito bowl was looaaaaded down with some perfectly cooked flank steak. The Tex mex tacos tasted flavorful with the queso sauce and the chicken quesadillas chipotle chicken was super juicy. They have a great selection of drinks inside as well. Really enjoyed our meal & we will definitely be back!

I don’t know who’s Abuela they have in the Kitchen putting her big toe in the beans and rice… But that stuff is amazing!!! We ordered the Birria tacos tonight with chips and guac unfortunately I don’t have a picture to share because the smell alone brought us to dive into the bag to begin tearing into the food like a bunch of raccoons. Did I mention the rice?

The ladies were very polite and helpful. Ordered two quesabirria combos, a taco combo with beef, and chicken, and guacamole with chips. Everything was prepared fresh upon order and tasted delicious! The green salsa had the perfect amount of spice and flavor. The guacamole was so creamy and well seasoned! Can’t wait to stop by again!
