Yet another crap restaurant with incompetent management in Havelock, NC! I placed an order for delivery online and even left a tip for the driver. I called 40 minutes later to see where the pizza was and the manager informed me that the order had been ready for 20 minutes and I could “come get it any time.” I told him I requested delivery online and his response was “I don’t control the Internet.” Well, I would hate for you to try to do anything to make the situation better or even be the slightest bit apologetic! And at what point do you call the customer to let them know? A simple, your order is ready. It’s just sitting here taking up space on my rack, getting cold would have been nice.

The employee that I met was kind and respected. The order was hot and smelled great. Just two small issues parking and without maps to guide it would be hard to locate. Parking is possible but difficult.

Had food delivered. Did not realize that I was reaching a call center. Despite me having stated three times to deliver items through garage door, person had delivered at reception desk. This is a private residence.
Called Papa Johns and they were utterly useless. Due to this abominable service, I will not use this establishment again. Unfortunately, I had given them a tip when ordering. NEVER AGAIN!

My father and brother loved it! Got 6 lemon pepper wings as well. They loved those! Placed order on phone. Sounded like a call bank of some sort. Parking easy and clean.

Shout out to the on-call manager and staff at this Papa Johns. I was sick, down to my last dollar and the online system messed things up where we couldn’t find my order. To say I was rude is an embarrassing understatement. When we figured out the problem, they remade my pizza for the mix up even though I was a monster. Thank you for dealing with cranky people like me. I didn’t deserve your kindness but you gave it to me anyhow. I can only learn and be better from here on out.

Great staff, Ms. Jackie is awesome! The pizza is not so good. I am glad they reopened. To stay open, they are going to have to serve a lot better food. Very little toppings, light on cheese and the canned sauce is rough. Good luck. I will not eat there again.

so im not a stranger to this Papa Johns. been my go to for pizza for 15 yrs. today the 10th of Dec they killed it again. yesterday i put in an order for a time (11:45) and 6 pies. well my work changed the time and i had to ask to bring them sooner. without fail, 35 min sooner the pizza guy arrived. many happy people were fed, there was much rejoicing.
