I haven’t ordered Papa John’s pizza in nearly 8 years and I should just go ahead and keep it that way. Pizza was absolutely tasteless, barely any sauce, the crust was barely manageable to chew. There’s no better ingredients in the pizzas made in this pizza chain as far as I’m concerned. I ordered online and I chose the option to have my pizza brought out to my car, as I was expecting to get service and continue on my way to run a few more errands before heading home. I parked in the parking lot, notified on the app that “I’m here”, cut on my hazard lights and waited. 10 minutes passed by, so I decided to go into the store and see what’s going on. I mentioned I was waiting for 10 minutes and the cashier just said “yeah, but there’s a sign you have to drive up to”, and pointed at this small sign that is perched in front of a brick pillar between the Chinese restaurant next door and the pizza shop itself. That sign is barely visible from the parking lot and regardless, they saw my vehicle in the parking lot and didn’t bother to walk out to where I had been waiting. Overall, Papa John’s still isn’t worth spending money on. You’d get a better deal with buying a store bought pizza from Food Lion in that shopping center than what you’d be getting from Papa John’s.

Cashier was terrible. Waited while he was placing stickers on empty boxes for minutes. Finally I spoke up he said wait. I said pizza getting cold. He said it’s on warming shelf. I said what about taking care of waiting customer. He said wait. Unbelievable. Don’t go to this store.

What size is a large supposed to be there? I ordered a large and it was made as ordered but only had 8 slices. Looked more like a medium. I thought a large had 10 to 12 slices? I have noticed in general that portions everywhere are smaller while prices increase.

The pizza was supposed to have extra cheese actually double extra cheese. It barely had the normal amount. also the pizza was overcooked and the cheese that was on there was all over the place not spread evenly like it should be. I won’t be going back anytime soon and we use to be faithful customers. We quit going a long time ago and figured we would give them another chance. Never again.

The staff is friendly but they can’t make pizzas if their lives depended on it. They barely put ingredients on the pizzas and it’s to the point where you end up with 3”-4” crust. Oh and that was a pizza with extra cheese… in the last 4 times I ordered pizza there not one time did I get a good pie. Always check your pizza before leaving this Papa John is terrible. The only way I will eat Papa John’s now is if I drive to Fayetteville.

Check your order before you leave. I ordered a 12 inch thick crust pizza and the girl said I cannot get thick crust unless I order a bigger pizza. I ordered a 14 inch thick crust pizza and waited 20 minutes and was handed a 14 inch thin crust pizza after four or five minutes of the girl looking for my pizza because she “could not find my order”.I checked my order when I walked out the door and it was thin crust. I went back inside and told her I wanted thickcrust that’s why I agreed to pay for the bigger pizza. I was told 10 more minutes. Came back 10 minutes later and was handed a 12 inch pizza. I asked to speak with the manager and he said oh, I thought you wanted a medium , I said I told you she said I could not get a 12 inch thick crust that’s why I paid more money for a 14 inch.

Horrible. I’ve been ordering from this particular store for a year now and the last few times have been horrible. NOT ONLY did they only give me half my order when I was went in but the 5 out of 6 items were dry and not made correctly. So I called the store and spoke to MOD and he offered two any topping large pizzas instead of refunding or remaking my order. Which I didn’t think was right but whatever. So two weeks later I call to redeem and he only credited my account for two topping Pizzas once again whatever we’ll obviously 2 items don’t replace the 6 so I ordered more items off the app and even told the MOD I placed another order and he even checked on it for me. So when I get to the location I tell the cashier my name and he gives me the first two pizzas and I tell him I have another order after arguing with him for about 5 minutes I finally ask for the MOD which he gives me the rest of my order. When I get home I have the same poor quality and horribly tasting pizzas as before. Needless to say I will definitely go to Pizza Hut next time.

I order from this papa johns often. I use the papa johns app to order, the “papa dough” rewards are great, and my pizza arrives quickly and hot. I’ve honestly never had any issues in the past three years that I can recall, they are always nice to me. Then again I am respectful and treat them like human beings. I’ve also never seen anyone walking around in socks or anyone scratching dandruff into the food either.. some of these reviews are ridiculous.
