My family ordered from the Fayetteville Road location last night. We ordered a Shaq-a-Romo pizza and a Parmesan Crusted Philly Cheesesteak Papadia. After waiting well over an hour (carry out), you can see in the photos that there was very little cheesesteak in the “cheesesteak” Papadia, and there was no Parmesan crusting. It was just your standard pizza crust. Plus, it just didn’t taste good. We won’t be ordering again.

The Papadias I ordered we’re NOTHING like I’ve had at other locations. My order was definitely rushed and I would have rather been told you were closed. It was undercooked, had barely any meat, and was on regular pizza dough, not Parmesan crusted. Highly disappointed.

Horrible service. Half of my order was missing. They couldn’t find it in their system so didn’t want to help me at all. Won’t order from them again. I understand technical issues happen but then stand behind it and be honest. Won’t order here again. Even though the pizza we did receive was good. But service and fulfillment sucks

Meal quality has never been an issue with this location. However, in recent months this store has been outsourcing their deliveries to doordash drivers I’m not terrible fond of the idea of someone with no skin in the game delivering my food in the first place. But the fact that delivery times have doubled and these drivers clearly have no warming bags always leads to an unsatisfactory delivery experience. Guess it’ll be pickup from here on.

Ordering delivery is hit or miss, you could wait 30 mins or several hours. On the most recent order it was taking 1.5+ hours, when this happens I try to be understanding for staffing issues and call the store for them to cancel the order. On this day however, management thought it would be a good idea to not answer the telephone…at a pizza place… I had to drive to the store just to cancel the order, and when confronted with this info the manager said they were busy. At least 10 folks working in the store, someone should answer the phone. It was my gut instinct that told me the manager gave a standing order to not answer the phone in a hopes to spur more orders from being placed. Absolutely terrible.

I ordered a pizza at approximately 6:00 on a Thursday evening. Thin crust, extra crispy, nothing special pizza. They cooked it perfectly except for the fact that it was COLD (not warm, not like warm). The cheese was congealed and the bottom of the box carrying it into the house; which is less than 50 feet from the front door, I had to place the pie in the oven to heat it up just to eat it and it WAS JUST DELIVERED. This was my attempt at giving them a second chance….last time the issue was how long it took (that time we decided to eat sandwiches after waiting on the pizza and getting no response from the store….,DONE. There is just too much competition to settle. This store is 2.5 miles from my door but IDC. Moving on

It was very cold outside and I didn’t feel like going out. So I called and placed my order. First the young lady was rude. It took over an hour to get my order. When I got it I tipped the driver $5. After he left I opened the box and all the toppings where on one side of the pizza. So I called and the same young lady said it would take almost two hours for a replacement pizza because they were busy and short of drivers. So I got dressed and when there to got my replacement. They did say I am sorry but did not try to compensate me for the inconvenience of having to come to them. I will never use this store again.
