This is the second time I have ordered from here and had to wait over an hour for carry out. The first time apparently all the employees minus 1 walked out, but they still kept taking orders. This time there was 5-7 people working, yet they seemed more concerned with horseplay, eating while making pizza and sweeping the floor.
So, if you like waiting ages for a pizza order, or you appreciate incompetent employees eating while preparing your families dinner, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would go somewhere else. I absolutely do not recommend this papa johns location.

It is 1 hour and 19 min after my pizza was supposed to be delivered and I’m still waiting. Door Dash driver says the line is out the door. Not sure what’s going on but our 2 pm order ahead clearly didn’t work. Asked them to throw in some dessert to make up for it and he said he couldn’t do that – best he could do is give me 25% off if I call once the pizza is delivered and tell them how late it was. Grrrr ….

Ordered a large stuffed crust chicken pizza, got it home and it had 6 pieces of chicken (6) on the entire pizza. Basically $18 for a large cheese pizza. One of the worst pizzas I have ever got at Papa Johns.

This Papa John‘s is horrible!!! Call was made to order a pepperoni and beef pizza. Waited about an hour to get the pizza only for the pepperoni topping to be only on a few slices and the beef thrown in the middle of the pizza not spread throughout the pizza. I could have gotten a better pizza at Little Caesars. I called the store, after talking to someone on the central line, and the lady had me on hold after I told her of my complaint for about thirty minutes. I didn’t receive a call back nor were my concerns addressed. The customer service for this location is not up to the quality that Papa John’s say that they work hard to achieve. I’m writing this review because everyone needs to know about this horrible service and I am hoping that they are able to make a change in their standards of service before this location is closed down like so many other restaurants in Aberdeen/Southern Pines area. I don’t plan to eat here anymore.

If you are looking for a true hero of a pizza chain, look no further, Papa John’s is for you. We ordered PJs the exact same time as our mom ordered Dominoes. Papa John’s came through first! And it was delicious! Well done.

I should have known from the reviews but I tried. This is a 10 inch pizza which is pretty small and cost me $14. 2/6 slices had nothing on them due to the giant air bubble. I wish they would have remade the pizza instead of saying “oh well” and sending it anyways. The pizza tasted good tho

Lived here 3 years and decided tonight to order papa johns locally. SO GROSS!!! Black hair under the pizza!! We are a family of blondes! That didn’t come from us!! Nasty nasty!!! See photo!!!! Not much more to say!!
