I placed an order for scheduled delivery and with a mix up the order was delivered hours before I needed it. You would think this would be cause for a bad review but absolutely not. Once I was made aware of the issue I contacted the store and spoke with Courtney who was pleasant, helpful and truly wanted to make sure I had a resolution to my issue. She put me in contact with Grant the store manager who again I could not have asked for a better interaction he was courteous, kind, understanding and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of as well as adding a discount to my order for the inconvenience. What most would consider an inconvenience turned into one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Grant & Courtney thank you very much!!!!

Just ordered a large pepperoni stuff crust with light sauce. The crust was good put thr pizza itself was horrible! There was no cheese and it was over cooked! Very disappointing.

i ordered the new pizza deal two medium one toppings and two orders of bread bites.
the pizza was decent, a little heavy on the sauce but it was okay.
the bread bites on the other hand are really really REALLY bad, like they didn’t attempt to put it together correctly at all.

This is how my pizza was delivered and when i reached out to Grant, the GM at this location he told me unfortunately he cannot process me a refund? Excuse me? This is disgusting. And why would you put sauce containers on top on the pizza when there is clearly space in the box to put the sauce.
When my pizza arrived the cheese was off the pizza slices the garlic and ranch sauces were on top of my pizza. That is unacceptable. I did not pay $22 for my pizza to not be of quality or up to standards of what i paid for. I want to be compensated for this. Whether it’s a coupon or a replacement for my pizza to use in the future because it was unsanitary and disgusting i had to discard the pizza. I have never seen or received any food item made so sloppy with such disregard that another human being had to eat at and spend their hard earned money on such a waste.

I ordered a simple cheese pizza. They gave me a hard cardboard, pepperoni pizza that was cold. Also ordered cheese bread that was hard as well. If you’re looking for a soft pizza don’t order from here or soft cheese bread. Their pizza and bread is like cardboard.

I’m gonna give this store a five-star review because I ordered yesterday and the tracker said delivered by DoorDash, whoever the delivery person was marked it as being delivered and kept my food. I notified the store and they remade my pizzas and had one of their drivers to deliver them instead of DoorDash. They were quick and fresh when they delivered them and I greatly appreciate it.

I order from Papa John’s frequently as I work at the Labcorp not to far from this location. I’ve always had a pleasant experience. I order on the app, my pizza is made right and is always ready when I get there! I also love that they have a drive thru! I believe I had the pleasure of dealing with Sean/Shawn today! He was pleasant, helpful, and fast with his service!

Maybe it was just bad timing and all the. Widdle pizza orders wore the poor widdle cook out. Either way, same service Everytime from this location, not great. Go to a pizza place that doesn’t advertise a 1 pizza plus a little more for JUST 24$ go to a local pizzeria and save your money and your taste buds

I stopped by to pick up my order. While I was standing there waiting for my order, I saw the pizza dough girl make the dough by hand, without using any gloves, and then immediately pick up her phone and start looking at it. It’s horrible. I won’t be ordering pizza there again.
