My partner and I came to have lunch at The Green Pond Deli, which we found has recently become D’Urizar Deli & Café. Rosa greeted us and could not have been more helpful or welcoming. I ordered corned beef on rye (having been born in Brooklyn, there is no other way to test a deli for its true worth)! It was the best corned beef sandwich I have had in about 35 years, which is the last time my grandmother was still in Brooklyn. The meat was super lean, moist and tasty. My partner had a beef burrito which he thoroughly enjoyed. I have a feeling that everything here is just as fresh and delicious!
