After an exhausting and very long day, I had to stop there to pick up pizzas my wife had ordered. I hate picking up; it’s usually very time-consuming. Not tonight. From the moment I closed my car door, it took just 3 minutes to go inside, pay, and get my pizzas. They did an excellent job!

Orderd a simple pizza and website suggested ~ 30 min timeframe. Over an hour later still in discussions with the manager aout the delivery that was “outside of their control”. Ended up receiving a cold pizza more than an hour later (picture attached). Nasty soggy pizza.

So I just got home from picking up a carryout pizza. Ordered a one top and pepperoni special for $8.99. When I got home my pizza look like he had been folded up like a pretzel. It was hard. This is so unsatisfactory.

I spoke with a man that stated that his name was James. His name name may be Jason. He stated that he was a manager. I currently have a speech delay and James/ Jason was over talking me and hung up on me. He extremely rude. I made an order within the app. I assumed that that I paid via visa. I made a mistake and the order was a cash upon delivery order. I asked numerous of times was there any way to change the order to pay via visa. I was spoken to extremely rude. I asked would I need to cancel the order and make a new order and pay via debit. At this moment I was hung up on. I will never order any food from this location. I was to call back and speak with Elijah and I him to make a complaint about the previous person that I spoke with and to cancel the current order because I don’t trust any food coming that location after the terrible experience that I had. Elijah was nice, understanding and completed everything that I was asked during our phone conversation. I will never eat anything from this location because of the terrible experience with James/Jason. He was extremely traumatizing

I came in on a Tuesday @12.00 PM. It was understaffed. The (1) employee there fell behind in completing her orders thus making me have to wait 12 minutes before she even took my order. Other than than that, my order came promptly and the food was good.

We ordered pizza to arrive at 5:30. At 5:40 it wasn’t there yet so I called to check and they said it was ready but they were waiting on someone to get back to deliver it and it should hopefully be to us in 20 minutes. We waited and waited. 40 minutes later we still had no pizza so I called back again and they said they accidentally gave our pizza to the wrong person and had to remake it and it was on the way. It finally got there at 6:26 and then one of the pizzas wasn’t even made the way we ordered it. We love Papa Johns but this was definitely our last time ordering from this location.

Was extremely unhappy with quality of the food the buffalo wings I ordered were subpar absolutely bland. The pizza was atrocious the sauce was bland had zero flavor and the quality of the pizza I’m pretty sure was frozen or made the other day and refrigerated overnight. Papa John’s expectations on quality of food seem pretty low. And I can promise you the red Baron frozen pizza is probably a much better choice for dinner than here. Stop wasting your time on subpar food and save money by going to the grocery store. I sure wish that’s how I spent my money on good food then the dumpster diving I did for dinner from here

I came in during a rain storm to get the $8.99 carry out special. The dude at the register, John, said he can’t do that and I’d have to order online. I had to sit there and order the pizza online to save $7. What a huge inconvenience! I’m standing there wanting to buy a pizza and the guy working would not accommodate!
I will NOT buy from this location again! I will go to Marco’s from now on. Their pizza is better and they have friendlier staff that value me as a customer!
