After seeing all the nasty reviews on here after I had placed my order already, I was concerned. As an airline pilot I usually make it a rule not to order pizza, if the majority of the reviews are negative. However, I am happy to announce that my experience was very positive!
Not only was the pizza on time, it arrived well ahead of time and it was hot!! It was delicious and exactly what I asked for! Maybe they are turning this place around. I will order from here again in the future!

This was a delivery order. The small pizza is extremely small. I ordered extra extra cheese and in one spot it went all the way over the top of the crust and in other spots it was completely bare of cheese and there were about three to four big bubbles that puffed up from the crust with nothing on the top of them. Those taste yucky. This was a huge disappointment and didn’t taste all that great. The cheese was really lacking. It barely looked like there was extra cheese or even regular cheese. I also ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Papadia. It was okay. I would not order that again. Will not order from this location again. It certainly wasn’t worth the $25.

Is Papa John’s is usually spot on with following directions for orders and the food is usually really good. Tonight, the food is untenable, no directions were followed, the food is soggy and covered in sauce. So much for light sauce. The chicken parmesan bites are so grease laden that they’re unedible

Ordered two large original pepperoni pizzas and got two thin ones on Uber eats. I understand if I was a last man order but this is common sense and apparently there’s no workers late night that have common sense. I’ll make sure we disappointed. As soon as I got my order, the store was closed and Uber eats takes 48 hours For any type of resolution. This is unacceptable. If they were too lazy to make what I ordered they could have just called to cancel it or offer an alternative. Not the first time my order was wrong. I have a family to feed and now they’ll probably be starving tonight with this thin pizza. This was my last dollar.

I placed an order on October 4th for my child’s 1st birthday party, scheduled to be delivered on October 18th at 2:30 PM. As 2:45 approached and the pizza still hadn’t arrived, I tried tracking the order but couldn’t, so I called the store.
I spoke with a “manager” named Royce, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. He told me my order was scheduled for 3:30 PM, even though my confirmation email clearly shows 2:30 PM. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, as if I wasn’t a paying customer, & as if it were my fault that the pizza was never made or delivered, instead of taking accountability or offering a solution.
I simply wanted the situation fixed so that my daughter and her guests could enjoy pizza after swimming. This was supposed to be a joyful day, but unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression and was not what I expected for my daughter’s first birthday.
Please find better management that actually enjoys their jobs and values customer service. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with nasty attitudes just because someone else is unhappy with their job.

Sad to say going to have to avoid this location. Crew was unorganized, lazy and unprofessional. Tried the new Grand Papa pizza and it was trash to say the least or at least that is the experience they gave me. The order was made wrong and they complained about re-making it. Even after the re-make the pizza was cold, cut into 16 slices for some reason and not enough toppings. Would love to have a refund for this poor order and experience by Papa John’s. Pizza was stale and bland and not worth the money even with a discounted price. Looks like Dominos Pizza remains king as usual.

The service I received from this location was very poor. There was a mixup with my order, and when I tried to explain, the male employee on the phone was very rude and unhelpful, and he hung up on me. I called a different location afterwards and they fully compensated me for my order because of my experience at this location.

I ordered a works with extra mushrooms on my pizza the pizza got here and there was hardly any mushrooms at all on it. I decided to call and spoke with the so called manager Jordan who answered the phone and seemed very dry and unwelcoming. I explained that I got the pizza and didn’t get extra mushrooms she said well she made the pizza and that I she made it right. She was very dismissive to my concerns and after I asked what options we had to rectify the situation she told me to speak with her general manager in the morning and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and not a good look. So whom ever the general manager is that Jordan is speaking of could you contact me since your employee was unable to handle a simple customer’s issue and referred me to you with no contact information. Also in the picture I took you can clearly see there are little to no mushrooms on my pizza but I went ahead and ate it anyway with out my extras I PAID for.

Terrible customer service. Terrible general manager. No wonder they aren’t “America’s pizza” anymore. This location lacks professionalism starting from the top down and I will never spend another penny here. Waited over 3 hours for pizza. Called to voice my concern to the GM, very nasty, not genuine, did not care about my frustration. After Covid hit it’s like people are begging others to be nice. Well I refuse. Avoid unless you are desperate. OH AND THE PIZZA SUCKS! COLD MUSHY AND THE MIDDLE UNDONE!
