Came here for the first time on Valentine’s Day and it was such a pleasant experience! We got a complimentary pancake for the holiday which was delicious. We tried the sushi & nigiri combination and the fried chicken and it was perfect for us too! Our waiter also took great care of us and we had such a great time. I will definitely be coming back in the future to try their other dishes!

An exceptional spot for authentic Korean food!! Every dish is spot on and the sushi is very fresh. Our food came out quickly and portions were very generous. Staff and owners are incredibly kind and welcoming and you can tell they truly care about their customers. A place worth returning to for sure!!

I had the Spicy Pork Bulgogi and Dragon Roll. IT WAS AUTHENTICALLY AMAZING!!! Service was great, people were great, ALL our food was great. The atmosphere could be a little more warming with more Korean elements to the inside but all in all, I give them 4.8 Stars ✨️

We were here a couple of days ago since it’s been a while since we had last visited. We ordered beef bulgogi and spicy octopus for lunch. They were so delicious and we couldn’t stop eating them. Yet there was more than enough quantity so this was one of the few times we ended up taking some food to go. The food was so fresh, tender and flavorful. We will for sure come back soon! If you haven’t tried here yet, you should definitely give it a try. You will love it here!

I was surprised I was able to find Korean food in Columbia, Missouri of all places. But I was glad I was able to introduce my non Korean friend who lives in columbia to this place. Food is good and the service is excellent. The kimchi tempura was something I’ve actually never had and it was very yummy.

My husband and I have been a fan of this place for years now. It’s fantastic. I think the quality of beef has gone down a bit since the establishment transferred ownership, and I’m dad you can’t use the table grill anymore to fry your own food, but I still think it’s a 5 star. I hope they bring back the grill in the near future, it really added a unique experience. The shrimp tempura is the best shrimp I’ve ever had. When getting it in the past, I don’t remember having a sauce, but I got one today. It pairs really nicely. The prices are more reasonable than previously. I also like that I was able to try a Japanese side while visiting today. I would love if the owner added some Korean sodas I can try.

If you are looking for the best food in Columbia, GO HERE. We got the jajangmyeon and special menu item yukgaejang and it was fantastic, genuinely the best things we have eaten in MONTHS. The portions were very generous and the atmosphere and service was top notch too. Seriously, this place is great.

This is my first time eating here since the new ownership has taken over.
The food was very good, large portions and reasonably prices in my opinion.
I started with some Korean Fried Chicken in their tangy, sweet & spicy sauce. The chicken was lightly breaded and more sweet than spicy which suited me just fine. It was a HUGE portion for an appetizer.
My friend ordered a sushi roll and I ordered the Gui Pork Belly. They served a free Korean pancake with greens in a ginger dressing between the appetizer and our main dishes which I thought was really nice.
My pork belly was a very large portion with 3 sides of fish cake, kimchi and pickled radishes.
I’m looking forward to going back and tasting more of the menu. If you’re looking for Korean food in Columbia, this is the place to go!

We have family in Columbia so every time we come here we LOVE going to I am Korean bbq!! The food is always amazing (this is a big statement because my family is Korean haha). We love the kimchi pancake, their sashimi bowl and honestly everything! The owner is also super sweet. We wish this place could have more people!
