A worker name Tiffany Robinson was very rude. When I was trying to ask question. She asked if I was retarded. I couldn’t believe it. Then hung up. When I called back. She answered the phone and I asked to speak to the manager. And she said the manager doesn’t talk to retarded. And then hung up the phone. Then she gave her boyfriend my phone number and he texted me treating me life and my children life. I couldn’t believe all this was happened cause I asked how long it was gonna take so I knew when to get there by. I recommend never going to this place. I love papa John pizza. But I will not support this location I hope it someone who own it’s full on not with papa john cause if so this is sad .

I have used this location for years and never had a problem. I placed an order through GrubHub and when the pizza arrived one of them were wrong. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. He told me that he made the pizza himself and it was correct. The pizza was not cooked all the way through. It was not! He also told me there was nothing he could do because it was ordered through Grubhub. (huh) Then he hung up the phone. Customers always come first Mr. Manager. I was livid that he hung up and had an attitude. I called back and they didn’t answer the phone. I placed another order online because I needed to feed my grandkids because that is what they wanted. I waited until I paid for my pizza and then asked for the manager. He came up and I asked why he hung up on me instead of trying to make it right. He knew immediately who I was. He stood right there and told me that he informed his workers not to answer my call. He then said he didn’t hang up which he clearly did. The manager (Trent) was completely wrong and never offered to make the situation correct. You have indeed lost a customer because I will never order from this location again.

They messed up our order once again… Yes.. they have messed up our order THREE times now. I didn’t read the reviews until tonight… Take them seriously! They don’t check the pizzas going out for delivery. It has taken on average an hour to get the correct pizza (which they did for free) after I called within 5 minutes of receiving the order and also gave us a free pizza for next time. This location is the worst Papa John’s in all of Charlotte and surrounding areas. The pizza on the left was supposed to be half cheese and half chicken and pineapple… It came as whole sausage with half pepperoni.

Tried the Shaq-a-roni pizza. Loads of pepperoni! Really good. I like how Papa John’s sends texts to let you track your pizza. It said it would be ready in 14-24 minutes. I think it was 15 minutes and they texted me it was ready for pickup. Impressive. Friendly cashier. I was in and out and on my way.

I’m 71 and have very limited mobility. I was run over by a driver. I got the discounts on my phone so a couple of weeks ago I went to Sun valley to get a Pizza for the game. But I was told I didn’t get the discount like I always get in Mint Hill. I had to order online to get it. So I ordered and it was $21. If I had known that I would have gone to Dominos. But I waited and there was no bench to sit on. I had someone drive me and he just stood there so I did too. The cashier did let the manager who was making pizzas, tell me there was no discount. I used Papa John’s for several years exclusively but it looks like things have changed. I hate giving bad reviews.
