Ordered an extra pepperoni and stuff crust last night that turned out to be one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever been served. I tried to pull the pieces apart and the pizza just fell apart when I pulled on the crust. Took it back in and told them and all they offered was to recut it. Even after the recut it was still raw in spots. Tried to recook it at home since they didn’t offer to make another and it never would cook through. I won’t be back.

Someone apparently misread the order they put the double cheese on the wrong pizza. The one rhat was supposed to be double cheese sauce and crust can still be seen through. That’s unacceptable on a normal pizza much less one you paid an an extra $3 for more cheese.
Tried one more time this time ordering same toppings however one pizza was a stuffed crust double the price of the one that they actually put the double toppings on. We will not be ordering again. Used to be one of the papa John’s now its just bad.

WOW, Nothing’s worse than traveling late on a cold night, needing a bite to eat..
Well, we should have listened to the forewarned bad reviews.
Flavor profile, I could taste the original Papa John seasonings…
But the problem is, at last 50% of the contents were missing from my pizza.
Flatter then a sheet of paper, Little to almost no cheese,sauce and toppings. The only actual bite to eat was in the crust!
CICIS pizza was thicker then this papa johns Pizza.
Truly unacceptable for a pizza of papa johns standards, you should be shamed.
I added pictures of a past CICIS pizza I have eaten. Compared to this papa johns Pizza.
As a pizza enthusiast, sadly, I will not be eating here again..

Order from app.. been a couple years since I’ve gotten pizza from here.. I ordered close to closing.. so got to store quick.. was greeted when I walked in!! They gave me a cookie pie, said they were giving them out today!! Pizza was great!! Service was at its best!

Went there after going to another puzza restaurant where they lied about the price.Papa Johns told the truth about their pizza. I got a plain cheese and 3 garlic sauce. My stomach hurts. Im full, I need a mint.The pizza was sooooooo good. Cheese full flavor+ the garlic sauce… Oh gosh. I go at night when only 1 guy is at the front and the others are in the back cleaming. Very professional friendly staff. Some years ago I got a pizza there every wednesday, delivered where I work by a Nigerian in a Mercedes. Everyone laughed and talked about it. Even upper management laughed and said our delivery guys show up in old bomb cars and you get pizza delivered to you by a guy from Nigeria in a Mercedes. Love the people there. I miss the Nigerian delivery guy.

Ordered pizza at 11:30. Can’t get any text saying they were running a little behind. At 12:58. I got a text and my pizza would be being delivered between 12:59 and 1:15. At 1:10. I proceed to call the store and ask what happened to my pizza. I was informed at doordash and never picked it up and I asked if I could come pick it up. The lady said yes. If you can get here before I get gone in about 20 minutes. I got there picked up my pizza and a little bit after 2:00. I received the text telling me that my pizza would be ready between 2:15 and 2:30. I had already gotten my pizza and started eating on it by then. I called back today asking if there anything they could do and he said yes. They could give me a 25% discount on my next order and I asked how long that would be and he said it would be in the system. I’ve been proceeded and I asked your name and he hung up on me. Did you hear me? He hung up on me and I wasn’t then ill like I was not before carried the lady that let me come pick up my pizza. How’s obviously had a very hard day and was very tired and she was trying to close up and let me come get the pizza. The manager on duty this today, can you give me a 25% discount but he hung up on me while I’m asking him what his name was so I could put it here to give him a good review. Since he hung up on me. Guess what his review is from me zero
