Waited 45 minutes for a 12 inch cheese pizza. The young men working there wasn’t in uniform. It seemed like they wasn’t trained right. The made my friend the wrong pizza 3 times and the manager acted as though we was the problem. Working with the public is stressful but you shouldn’t be telling the customers your stressed out and showing a visible attitude. When my friends pizza was made wrong for the second time. I handed the pizza back and asked for a refund. The manager takes the pizza flings it to the side and said we had to wait for a refund after we had been standing there over 46 minutes waiting on our order. These businesses know when a storm is coming. He should have been better prepared. No one want to buy food and see the person making it display an attitude while they do it. My cheese pizza wasn’t properly made or sliced. I use to love this place and now I will never eat here again. Not only are they losing my business but I will no longer purchase pizza from here when my company provides the staff lunch. Domino’s pizza here I come.

ZERO stars, but unfortunately I had to select 1 star. The pizza arrived cold, smashed, and falling apart with cheese stuck to the box. The breadsticks were microscopic, glued together, and soaked because the sauce spilled everywhere.
Customer service was a complete joke. The person answering the phones was incompetent and couldn’t even form a proper sentence.
The manager was rude and only slightly above the phone dude in brainpower and they kept putting me on hold just to hang up on me.
If you can’t handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen — and definitely don’t own a franchise that requires you to function under high levels of stress.
This wasn’t food — it was trash in a box. Total waste of money. Never ordering again.

I will be in life order again I threw it away I would have came back but I was running late. Y’all give pappa John’s a bad name. Pizza wasn’t even cut. More bread than pizza. Brunt just terrible. This establishment should be ashamed.

Order was incorrect. One pizza was hot the other pizza was not. The door dash driver was absolutely horrible didn’t even get out her car and the attitude. My mom had to go out to the car! Funny thing is my mom had her a tip in her hand but since she seemed that delivery to our door was beyond her she definitely receive it!!! Today Service was a big disappointment. That being said usually we order from here with no problem. Spoke with manager twice on the phone very disappointed with his response

I ordered a sausage pizza and the quality and presentation was less than satisfactory. It looked like it had been rushed. The cheese wasn’t melted or thoroughly spread throughout the pizza. I don’t usually order Papa John’s and now I understand why.

So delicious!! Theoretically speaking, Papa Johns has recently become my favorite pizza place. I got the cookie pizza and garlic knots. I also got cheese pizza and cheesy bread. Their prices are very good and they usually have coupons! Make sure to get garlic sauce.

Take a look at your pizza before you pick it up, they’re sending out 13″ pizzas and calling them 16″ XL. not sure if it’s a corporate thing or they’re trying to save a buck. I’d have refunded it if I hadn’t already eaten half of it before I measured it lmao
