Went here over the weekend, the guy with the glasses was messing with pizza dough no gloves came directly to the register handed me by pizza and went directly back to messing with the food without washing his hands. Pizza did look good and mostly have good pizza at this location

Papa John’s always good. ordered the parmesan chicken bites , so tender and tasty made me wish I had gotten en two orders! the flavor was on point! Also got the New York crust pepperoni pizza, very tasty!

This papa johns just need to close or hire a manager that cares. I was given a pizza that wasn’t cut. Honey chipotle boneless wings that were barely sauced and a papadia that wasn’t cut. Just reckless. No one cared to fix it

I visited this location today 8/29 and the gentleman working was awesome. All 3 of them were very friendly and attentive. I would also like to give credit to the young lady who took my order over the phone, she was exceptionally friendly as well. They did a great job on the pizza as well. I’m not sure what others are complaining about, it’s been a while since I visited this location but after today’s experience I will definitely frequent this location. This type of service has become a dying breed, so when I have an encounter like this one it’s greatly appreciated!!

Reluctantly ordered Papa John’s tonight. Took 15 minutes to place the order with the robot. Never spoke to an actual person until it was delivered. Side note- Gentleman that delivered was very personable and nice. Anyway. What little toppings we did get were very good and I must say this pizza had the largest crust of any I’ve ever over paid hard earned tax paying American dollars for. I wish I could give everyone my real opinion of Papa John’s, but there’s no way you would ever be able to view it. Redirect to a locally owned pizza place.

I am a pizza fanatic, so I’m always ordering pizza from different locations…I ordered a 3 cheese blend, Pepperoni and Italian sausage Pizza from papa johns in zebulon and the 1st pizza that was made had no regular portion cheese on it especially not a 3 cheese blend added. So the guy taken my money even agreed that it didn’t have the 3 cheese blend added, but when the manager came out he argued me down that the blend of cheese was on there smh. Anyways he made me a new one, and the new one wasn’t even cooked all the way through, IT WAS STILL DOUGHY. Smh. I was so discussed with there Attitude, that I just left. I will never go back to this location.

No stars. Some of the staff is rude. To the point I didnt even order any food but a guy delivering pizza was returning back to work and almost hit me in the side at a stop sign then speeding around the parking lot as I am going to Walmart for groceries. So ignorant and rude.

Called in on 9/1/2024 and ordered a pizza, wings, dessert and drink at 4:52 pm for delivery. Was told 30-40 minutes. 6:00 pm I call, talked to a supervisor and was told the driver left about 20 minutes ago. 6:30pm and still no food…. I call again the lady says my food has been sitting there since 5:02 and the door dasher didn’t pick up the order. I didn’t order through door dash… I ask for a supervisor, he states I can come pick up my COLD food, they can deliver it or I cancel my order. Not a care in the world that nobody called me and that it never got delivered. Claimed the store was now closed because they didn’t have power….. but my bank acct was credited withing seconds. No customer service at ALL!

DISGUSTING!!! I got pizza, wings, and cheeseticks. The wings was okay. But the pizza and cheesticks barely had cheese. Both tasted rubbery, after 1 bite threw everything away. The manager never replies after I requested a refund. Idk who own this location but it’s the worst Papa Johns I’ve ever been to!!!
