Service sometimes lacks here, I’ve placed orders many times on my way to work to get coffee and usually a snack for my husband and myself and many times the person waiting behind has gotten there orders fixed and served way before mine and times I’ve actually waited so long I was almost late for work and had to ask when my order would be up as almost 3 to 4 people after me have already ordered and left, for them to realize they never even made mine. So there is down sides for that for sure!!

The manger is very rude. Id leave zero stars if I could. They get mad at me because they can never make my drink right. If im paying almost 7 dollar a day on coffee I want to like it and drink it. Id make it myself if I could I give them the exact pumps on how to make it. Now they say you do this all the time we aren’t fixing it. Its not like im asking for a free one. Im just asking to add more sugar or flavor because it never tastes right. I really dont wanna drive out of my way to a diffrent dunkin. Im not being unreasonable or rude but they sure are. I’ve been there alot recently and its been okay so I haven’t said anything for awhile and today the manger tells me if you have a problem one more time you wont be allowed back here which it’s been over a month since ive had any issues. Than he proceeds to say do hear me do you understand. Very uncomfortable and rude. Felt like I was in trouble for speaking up . And he didnt need to say anything today its been fine. I don’t wanna waste money on a coffee i will not drink. I think that goes for everyone. Im looking to contact corporate over this matter and hopefully something can be done.

I have been through the drive thru several times for donuts and they are out. The employee was very friendly about it and apologized. I just don’t understand why they don’t have donuts.

I love this place. I try my best to make coffee at home and not be a total Dunkin’ addict, but I don’t abuse anything else, so I suppose if it has to be Dunkin’… that’s better than some alternatives. The people here are always excellent – the vibes are immaculate. The owner and managers are so kind and friendly, they and their staff always brighten my day whenever I stop in for a cup of joe! I always feel bad that I ask for my coffee to be so specific, but they never make me feel bad and it never ceases to taste fantastic and give me just the caffeine jolt that I need. You all are the best, thank you for all you do and keeping me running!! Literally.
