I don’t know what’s going on with this location. We have been customers for years. Paid extra for epic Garlic stuffed crust and it came plain stuffed crust, the pizza itself hard and thin. It didn’t come cut either, had to cut it. My half pineapple and The works(had pineapple mixed it too) has so many toppings in one place and it’s not half and half done the way it should be. It was terrible!

Papa John’s has gone down hill. I have had better frozen pizza for a lot less. The flavor is bland the crust is flat cars board like. They are using less cheese and part of the pizza didn’t have cheese. Disappointed as Papa John’s used to have great pizza

We ordered on a Friday night, and it was extremely busy. When we came to pick up, the store was packed, there were so many rude doordashers, and lots of deliveries. But even through all of that, every single worker was in such a flow and doing their best, you could absolutely feel for them. They still have great service and the pizza was SO good. They definitely deserve some recognition for all of that!

The food is fine, the issue is the management specifically the female GM. As customers were in the store waiting for their order she nonchalantly sat in the waiting area and complained “how much she hated people” while she let her staff prepare ongoing orders that were on the screen. Not delegating tasks but simply being lazy. I get everyone has bad days, but proclaiming “doordash drivers suck” while a doordash driver is literally waiting in your lobby is absolutely absurd. I get it, I was a manager at dominos for many years, but saying it directly to the customers face is ridiculous and unprofessional. Working in pizza is stressful I understand but show some decency. I don’t normally leave reviews like this and don’t want to put her job in jeopardy but wow I was shocked by her actions. Or inaction rather.

How is this place staying in business with all the poor reviews?!!! Corporate needs to do something fast! We will never order a pizza from until something changes. Just don’t even bother. They could care less about quality. Half of my cheese bread has no cheese and half of the pizza has all the toppings. More like Better NOT Get You Some Papa Johns in Fuquay. ♀️

I am very disappointed with the pizza I got yesterday. It was burnt, the crust was hard and crispy, and there wasn’t a lot of edible parts. The cuts on the pizza didn’t go through to actually make a cut. So we had to rip it apart just to reheat it; it was borderline warm and cold when we got it. The cheese bread was so burnt on the bottom it was ridiculous. I tried to eat the burnt part because I wanted a pizza so bad, and it was disgusting.
My roommate actually ate a salad instead of the leftovers. We went back and forth about papa johns over pizza hut, and I was hoping we made the right choice but apparently not.

It doesn’t seem like this pizza was ever sliced, and it’s also obvious that it was held vertically over an extended period of time… This is Papa John’s “ultimate pepperoni”… Buyer Beware!!! Hopefully I’m able to get a refund for this… They won’t answer a phone call. I’ve been trying to call them for an hour. God Forbid you get a pizza like this. Spare yourself – it’s not worth it!!! Seems like HALF a pizza!!!

Do not go here, listen to the reviews. Wings had 0 sauce on them and they messed up the order. Supposed to have a medium cheese pizza, 10 buffalo wings with an order of garlic knots. Didn’t get any garlic knots.
