I only ever enter the store for gig work orders but as a customer their pizza is always delivered fresh and hot. Staff is nice and efficient (except the times when they leave only ONE employee to handle all the work of the restaurant -have seen it a couple of times now). One the better Papa John’s in the Triad.

The last few times I have ordered DoorDash and UberEats from this location they have sent me cheese pizza instead of pepperoni. My order clearly says pepperoni each time. I never have a problem with other locations. Only the one on Stanley.

This was my first experience ordering online for pickup from this location. I took a chance hoping I’d arrive in a reasonable amount of time from quite a distance away. When I arrived I was quickly greeted and my pizza was hot, fresh, and ready to go. I was so pleased by the service and pizza I had to ask if they had a tip jar. I don’t think the young man working expected anyone to tip. My pizza was great and as well as the whole experience. I’ll be back again. Great job.

This is a great papa Johns location. The staff are always friendly and polite. The manager on duty today also filled our water bottle for us which was super nice of him. We order about three times a month from here and never have been disappointed. 5 stars greatly earned.

Just had the worst experience with a representative of this store. I placed an online order from the store site to which after waiting over an hour my order was handed over to door dash for delivery. I ordered this food for kids who ended up leaving plus the kids in my house. I call the store to find out what the deal was to have a young boy answer who was very rude and nonchalant about the fact that my order was late. Not only did he say that he had to delay the orders because he had a big order come in I asked out of concern for the late time frame would my food be cold? He stated it wasn’t made at the time of the order because of the big order. Keep in mind he never asked what order I was calling about or what my name was. So when I brought that up asking how he knew which order was mine. He replied, ” it doesn’t matter because your not the only order that was late!” So I asked if he needed me to pull up. He said real sarcastic, OK. When I asked to speak to a higher up he said u can call in the morning. Mind you I placed the order after 9pm and I’m writing this at 11:51 because after I disconnected the line the person canceled my order and I still haven’t received my refund! Trust and believe they got it twisted here! The lack of respect and empathy is crazy if you hate your job don’t blame the customer hate yourself for choosing the position and do better!!!
