It’s a shame in our society to give a company like Papa John’s a. Chance to redeem themselves. Maybe the company meeting over the bad review the first time didn’t take. Or maybe it was this or that. Or maybe the the owners just don’t care about the quality of service that is supposed to happen. Me for one one. It’s going to be a while before I give Papa John’s that chance again. I hope you all take this heart. It’s not about really about the food. It’s about the service. Food has a lot to do with it too.

Ordered directly from the pizza site and they used DoorDash to deliver. The order arrived with the seal broken and a SLICE OF PIZZA WAS MISSING! We immediately called the store and was put on hold repeatedly. We finally spoke to the store manager who was extremely rude and short with us. When we asked for a refund of the pizza and for a fresh one to be delivered, he told us it was one or the other despite the inconvenience. He then told us he would refund the drink (a whole $3) and hung up on me while I was asking him a question. Do not recommend. Do not spend your hard earned money here for tampered food and poor customer service

I always ask for square cut and well done and always get the opposite, a frozen pizza at Walmart is probably better. Worst part is you complain and all the automated service does is offer you another free product, like I would want more of what I was given , last time ordering from you guys .

The cashier was NOT knowledgeable at all. Every question that I asked her, she did not know the answer. She stood there absolutely saying well I don’t know. So if I didn’t and she works there and I didn’t know ….. that means we were both clueless. Service was poor on this day and the pizza was poorly made.

Service isn’t ever good but the food is usually made fast. The new stuff crust isn’t really good I do enjoy Papa Johns a few times a year. On this visit we got a beef, onion, with extra cheese and a meats.

Order pizza to be delivered along with the cinnamon pull apart. They answered the phone hung on me so I called back the didn’t want to pick up the phone because they remembered what my number looked like. So they pick up to tell me to hold on the line but never returned to the phone. So here is a pic of my food. Would u eat this.

Great food! Customer Service sucks . When you order your food online or call ahead and pay for your food, on arriving there they’ll ask you over a million times what did you order and what’s your name! I guess that’s to make sure they don’t get your order mixed up with another customers order, but at any rate I’m not a huge Papa John fan but if you like PJ’s then head on over and get yourself in line because even if you order online and call ahead and prepay for your pizza, you’re still going to wait about thirty minutes before your served, but the pizza will be fresh and hot !
