We’ve ordered pizza from here multiple times and it was always hot and fresh. However, last night I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. I left immediately after ordering to pick up the pizza. The box was lukewarm so I should’ve looked at the pizza before leaving. The pizza was a cheese pizza with pepperoni thrown on after it was baked. I know this bc the pepperoni was falling off the pizza even after it had to be reheated. There was also no sauce on the pizza. I called the store and was told they had a prank pizza order called in before ours and that was why our pizza wasn’t as it should’ve been. I said “so you gave us one of the pizzas from the prank order”? He lied and told me no. I have since filled out the online survey only to be given a free pizza. No sorry that happened, no apology, no concern!

I am a delivery driver this is by far one of the best Papa John’s in this area! Anytime I have had a pick up it was ready right away. The guys working there are great. They are friendly as well as efficient and accurate. If I was using a delivery service I would definitely use the location. I want to thank Vince and Mark that helped me tonight.
