Me and my gf just ordered two Papa John bowls (crustless pizza bowl). My God, it had about a half inch full of toppings, with 75% of the container showing. Please do better! I raked it to the side of my container…it was about three bites! Uncalled for!

I have lived in Randleman for 19 years. I have ordered from Papa Johns for years. They were always on time, pizza was hot and tasted good. Just this last year 2025, I dont know who is in charge there now, but pizza is always late anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour late. The pizza is not hot, its like a luke warm now. When I call they say it is sent out with no ETA. Two different delivery drivers made statements that it is disorganized over there and apologize for the late delivery. I like Papa Johns, but Randleman NC store is poorly managed. Its sad because all I have for a backup is Dominos which is not good at all. Anyways now they are making me buy box pizza from Walmart which is worse but I cant buy from Papa John until they go back the way they were with quick delivery and hot pizza again. Oh well, dont call them unless you ant to wait forever.

Our pizzas were all bread. There was little if any sauce. It was not discernible. There was 2.5” of crust left around the edge. We paid extra for toppings which were almost nonexistent. What few toppings there were appeared dumped only in the middle. Never have I seen or had such an excuse for a pizza. Big disappointment and rip off. Papa would be ashamed of this franchise operating in his name, I’m sure. It certainly was not up to par with other Papa Johns pizzas in other locations in NC.

I’m convinced employees who don’t care and poor management is a recipe for disaster. There has been an ebb and flow of service over the years at this location. As of late, it has forced me to warn others to how little this place cares about the product they turn out. This review is a culmination of aggravation from the past several experiences from orders placed. There is something consistently wrong, usually it’s under done or not following the requested customizations. This time I received a half naked pizza of just dough. I believe they threw the toppings on from 20′ away, or dropped it on the floor before it went into the oven. Maybe I just need to expect less from the low budget employees these places hire, or the lack of proper training they receive from the terrible management. Either way, neither one of them care at all. Not too many choices in our area for delivery, they’re getting fewer with every order. Just be prepared to receive some half prepared crap like we did today. Just expect less, not more. For once I’d love to leave a positive review. Not yet.

Placed a delivery order. We waited 1.5 hours to find out that the driver had a flat tire on the side of the road. She finally texted to let us know. We called the store and they weren’t willing to take care of us in any way. The only option was to either cancel the order, us to come in and pick up (which is an inconvenience. That’s why we did delivery), or to receive cold pizza. This is terrible customer service!! DO BETTER! We canceled and went over to Sopranos.

This was my go-to pizza as far as chains go.
It would reheat decently
For the most part, you know what you are getting.
Something had been off the last couple stops, and it’s almost a weekly stop.
It’s not been bad, but Something is different.
We really didn’t eat it like we normally do.
Usually, it’s at least a couple of days of eating.
Not this time
I’m pretty sure we got rid of the leftovers
That’s uncommon or used to be.
Still, go, it’s still decent, just not. I can’t wait to get home and eat another slice anymore.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order waited an hour and a half to find out the driver had a flat tire on the way to the house. I called the store and person on the phone said they could either refund me my money or we could wait for the driver to bring my order or they could remake it and I come get it. That is an inconvenience hence the reason I chose delivery. I told them to refund my order and I ordered from another company.
