This is the first time in years that I had a delivery go wonderfully. The order was delivered hot and correct. I had all my sauces, the correct 2 liter and the pizza was perfectly round with a beautiful crust. The bread sticks were ALL soft and fluffy. The cheese sticks had cheese throughout and not burnt. The pizza was topped evenly with a great balance of crust. I was so amazed at this extremely satisfying meal, I had to post the good news. Great job! (This time)

I don’t usually eat chain pizza. But sometimes It’s just quick and easier. I haven’t had Papa John’s in maybe 20 years. Last night I got one of their “New” pan Pizzas. While it was easy to order online and pick up with no problems, the pizza was TERRIBLE. It was cold and it was tough and dry. Like it had been sitting in a box for a couple hours. Chain pizza is cheap for a reason, but you kinda expect it at least not to be old and at least warm.

I came back after 4 years to change my feedback. I will not be trying it again. The last 3 times that I’ve ordered have been terrible. The pizzas always have a ridiculously sized crust that is extremely thin in the center, with all of the toppings piled in the middle. It is disappointing to say the least :/

This location sucks. Papa Johns is overpriced anyway, but I have not had a single order with this store go normally. I had a carryout order around a year ago where they gave my pizza to someone else, so I had to wait an additional twenty minutes at the store. Not a sorry or an excuse offered. Ordered delivery tonight, and their tracker marked delivered. It was not, and when I called, I was told my phone number was disconnected, and my apartment number was not on the order. Two issues I have never had ordering from any other place in Fairmont. Get pizza literally anywhere else in town.

I have literally never left a review for anything in my life. Papa John’s, it’s an honor to call this absolute atrocity out. Can’t remember my former uncle via in law’s name that worked for papa John’s but your last name is VanNote. Hope ya see this buddy. Anywho placed an order last night that was all screwed up. Never have I ever ordered a pizza and it come with like spice pack stuff on it. This one did. Tried calling last night. No answer. I’m 20 minutes in with no answer tonight. Absolutely no reason a customer should be waiting for someone to answer the phone for 20 minutes. I just want a refund or a pizza that is made correctly. I’ve always been a big papa fan, but honest to god I am never ordering from you fools again.

Best Papa John’s in West Virginia!!! I’ve never had them give me the wrong order, my pizza is always hot. Doesn’t matter if I pick it up or have it delivered the pizza is always great!!! Ordered late last night about 45mins before closing time. I hate doing that but I didn’t realize how late it was until after I placed my order. When I walked in to get my pizza I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. As I was paying for my order the manager came over handed me my order. I told them all to have a good night and a safe trip home. To which they all smiled and said you do the same. They could have all been quiet or had a bad attitude because I was “that guy” who ordered at closing time, but they didn’t. It’s situations like these, that show how good of employees you truly have. To have such a good crew, like I seen last night. Can only mean one thing which is that you have a great manager. Thank all of you for a great pizza!!!!

Ordered pizza at 6:36pm, said estimated delivery time was 7:33. I was gonna give em a pass, maybe theyre busy. 7:45 I called as the driver still hadnt picked up yet. Rang for 15 min straight no answer. Get an update estimated delivery time 8:45. I drove up and picked it up. Cold.

Food is always fresh and delicious! Delivery is always fast! I’m always missing sauces for delivery, but I haven’t had a problem since I started picking the pizza up! Everyone is super nice and I’ve never had to wait long for pizza.
