Franchise review, not the Rocky Mount location, they make good pizza. Where is Papa John? His reward system was so much better than what is offered now. Papa John was always handing out free pizza, but not the greedy ones that took over. I want Papa John back!!

Ordered the Shaqaroni pizza. It was made to perfection like they always do. Robert was very polite when he delivered the pizza. He had forgotten the extra sauce but I had to order a second one so when he come out to deliver the second pizza he had brought the extra sauces that were ordered. Normally my experience with this Papa John’s is fantastic. However, today I placed and order and they gave me a time frame of 59-69 minutes. We are now sitting at over two hours with no pizza. I can understand demand, and that things happen. But two hours is a bit much for me and with no contact from the store to let me know. Hopefully the pizza is fantastic tonight.

We tried 2 new things: a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and one of their Papa’s pizza bowls. First time: both fresh, hot, amply portioned, accurate as ordered, received in about 30 minutes, and very tasty. 5 star rating. Second time in ordering the same 2 things, the pepperoni crusted pizza was still fresh, hot, tasty, etc. The pizza bowl was too but definitely not as amply portioned. Instead of being able to order up to 10 toppings like last time one week ago, they supposedly only allow 7 now. I asked this time for approximately how much cheese they put on there: 1/2 cup, how much sauce: 1/2 cup, and for the toppings: 1 cup each. On the first time ordering of it, I could have believed it but on the 2nd pizza bowl received-definitely not. That was disappointing, especially after talking about it on the phone and then seeing what I got. I get it. They were busy. It was a Friday night. It could’ve been someone different to have made it. I’ll order it again but it will definitely depend on what I get sent to me, as to whether or not I’ll keep on ordering it. 4 stars, for the 2nd time in ordering, all other good things about the order considered and that it didn’t take the full hour suggested arrival time to get here.
