These were our garlic knots order from this location this evening. Need I say more?
You can never reach anyone via the phone at this location and they’re usually understaffed. Their quality is very inconsistent. The wait time is always longer than estimated. However, they’re usually very kind and polite.
Learn from my mistake though. Check your order over before leaving!

Had a carry out order and absolutely everything was wrong. I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas, regular pizza, bbq buffalo wings. When it got picked up the 2 stuff crust were regular crust, didn’t get the buffalo wings, and those were wrong on the receipt said spicy buffalo not what I picked, the toppings were messed up, got green peppers when I didn’t ask for those, and I got some random pizza that was cheese with 3 pepperonis on it. $67 to have everything wrong,

We’ve been buying breadsticks forever from Papa John’s. Tonight’s order was a complete disappointment . The breadsticks were skinny, hard and one end was flat. They were so overcooked that they snapped in half like a chip. Our pizza was ok, definitely not the best we’ve had from there. The cheese sauce was nacho cheese, not their signature cheese sauce. I tried to call a few times to speak with someone before posting a review but it just kept ringing with no answer. Idk what was goin on in there tonight.

The only reason this store is still open is because it’s on the lake. It is not because you get good service, it is not because they have food ready during the times that you would think like lunch time,it is not because they’re concerned about the customer. The Papa John’s is the worst Papa John’s in this area. More often than not they are unable to make whatever you’d like to order, they’re closed, they don’t have an ingredient or whatever the other excuse is; you cannot count on this place for pizza especially at lunch time for grab & Go. Don’t waste your time stopping here and supporting owners who don’t give two craps about the customer.
*Update: attempted to order from here again…the app said no online ordering available. The website was stating the store as closed. I called to inquire, someone answered, said they’d take the order, then I asked for papadita…”I don’t think we make those anymore”. So I moved on to oreo bites, “we don’t carry those anymore”…at that point I said “ok, thanks. Nevermind”. ♀️

If you can ever get a pizza it’s not bad. Wanted the big pepperoni tonight. Web site said they took online orders. I know it’s part of a combo food counter in a gas station. Was surprised when nice customer service lady called to say the location didn’t get my order. She tried calling to be sure my order was received. But even she couldn’t get an answer on the phone! So order canceled.
