We’ve been buying breadsticks forever from Papa John’s. Tonight’s order was a complete disappointment . The breadsticks were skinny, hard and one end was flat. They were so overcooked that they snapped in half like a chip. Our pizza was ok, definitely not the best we’ve had from there. The cheese sauce was nacho cheese, not their signature cheese sauce. I tried to call a few times to speak with someone before posting a review but it just kept ringing with no answer. Idk what was goin on in there tonight.

I honestly wish I could post a picture of how digusting my food was. You couldn’t eat the pizza because it was smothered in greasy cheese, the cheese sticks was burnt, the pizza fell apart even trying to eat it. I will never order from here again. The girl looked at it, and honestly she never should have sent it out the door looking like that. I was on my hour lunch break and it was absolutely rediculous to pay what I paid to literatly get garbage. If you eat here I HIGHLY suggest you don’t or if you have no choice double check your food. Extremely disappointed in this place.

Quentus is the best! I selected delivery online unaware that this location has carry-out only. I missed their phone call & ending up googling the number to check on the status of the delivery in which she informed me of my online error. She asked if I wanted my order remade due to how long it had been sitting and I said no. However, when I went to pick it up she was making a fresh batch. Top notch customer service. Deserves employee of the year, honestly.

Regardless of the hours posted online they are never actually open according to the posted hours. When we went in the girl at the counter had to ask someone else what time they closed and they’d turned the ovens off. A few nights later we called at 7 and the were supposed to close at 10 and the guy asked someone and he said they closed 30 minutes ago, everyone left.

If you can ever get a pizza it’s not bad. Wanted the big pepperoni tonight. Web site said they took online orders. I know it’s part of a combo food counter in a gas station. Was surprised when nice customer service lady called to say the location didn’t get my order. She tried calling to be sure my order was received. But even she couldn’t get an answer on the phone! So order canceled.

Honestly I’ve never been so disappointed. This isn’t only the second time but third that my order has been wrong. I asked for a split pizza two different sides on each side, one side was correct however the other side only had two pieces of pizza with the asked toppings the rest was just cheese.
