Iver never received the side dish bacon cheese sticks this burnt. Some will say it isn’t some will agree it is. Either way when they have never been cooked this way and everything else is cooked right, value of cost of side item cost.gors down. Never have had issues before with food being over done at this location so this isn’t an all the time thing but tonight, when we decided to spend extra money to eat out, its a big deal for us.

I ordered from the Papa John’s on Mercury last night (2/16/25). I asked and paid for extra cheese to be on the NY style jalapeño and onions pizza. Not the steak one. Ask me which one had the extra cheese on it. Before I realized it, my nephew had already at 3 slices and it was no point in calling. I just need them to be more attentive especially when people are paying for extras.

Last night was my last order from here. Within the last year I’ve seen a decline in the quality and caution of the pizza. Previously I ordered a pizza and made sure to check off onions (severely allergic). When I got the pizza in the light I noticed onions glistening throughout the entire pizza. I was refunded for this, but it’s not the money. OBVIOUSLY. Last night, my pizza got here and it looked like it needed help. The bottom of the pizza was exposed, hardly any cheese, and the 2 toppings I had were not the best tasting. I don’t like to play roulette with my life, food, or, my money.

It’s been a while since ordering from this location because of a bad experience a few years back. I had to leave a review because we very pleased with our order. We had a large, thin crust supreme with jalapeños and I must say it was very good. Also for it being a holiday (July 4th) they had at least six employees working. Thank you!

While I was waiting for my pizza there was a gentleman in the front named Josiah who was getting cussed out buy a disrespectful customer. He remained professional and very well mannered while having to deal with his nonsense. I appreciated him for his patience and after being cussed out still being nice to me. I will remain a customer at this location
