I recommend, for the workers here, to make sure that ALL the items on the receipt are in the boxes/bags before sending them out to your drivers. I ordered 4 extra cups of ranch and I didn’t receive them. Fortunately I am a big fan of yall lol pizza is always fresh and wings are hot and delicious.

I haven’t had an issue since I started ordering here they’re usually super fast and my order is ready within 10 minutes! I can’t speak for delivery but my neighbors say it takes forever even though we’re quite literally across the street a 1 minute drive.

The New Yorker is only New York Pizza by size, not by taste. Really wish they would offer regular ham, Canadian Bacon just doesn’t cut it. They made my pizza wrong, when I called, the girl that answered was nice and ended up being the one that made it. She owned up to it and admitted she read the ticket wrong, as soon as I had her read what I had ordered, which I appreciated. They did send a new pizza, by that time though everything else was cold, 1 person with food allergies was single out and had to wait for her pizza. There was no compensation or anything offered…… the entire order being redone, extra papa points, some wings/a dessert/cheese sticks, some type of credit, nothing was done. The employee was sorry, she went to her manager and told her she knew she made the pizza wrong, the manager didn’t even bother to come to the phone, from the sounds in the background it was as if we should appreciate that they are willing to send me a new pizza.

This was the worst experience with a Papa John’s. The pizza didn’t arrive for over an hour even tho the restaurant is like a mile away. The food smelled like cigarettes and was ice cold. 0 out of 10 i NEVER recommend.

The employees are always smiling and polite. I have had an order that was not great, but they remade it and really strive to fix any issues. My asd daughter loves the tuscan cheesesticks, so we will be lifelong customers.

Papa John’s pizza was very delicious. My daughter placed an order for me to pick up and she ordered a Large Pepperoni, (I wanted the Big Shaqaroni Pizza) but the promotion was off for that, and she ordered a small size cheesy bread sticks(that are very tasty and nice and hot with marinara sauce), and last but not least a dessert called Oreo (that is similar to small cinnamon rolls), very good and tasty. When I walked in, I was greeted welcome to Papa John’s by a young man at the counter, that is the cleanest, friendliest Papa John that I have ever been in. They are located off Commander Shepherd Boulevard in Hampton. I will go back to them because I like the way they cooked my pizza. My pizza was cooked just right.

I Love me some Papa Johns! It is great tasting and better ingredients. My order got messed but they took care of me and fixed it with no issues. Customer service is OUT-FREAKING-STANDING! That is always a plus for me. I’ll keep coming back just for that but the pizza is good anyway!
